Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I placed my order for next day delivery and paid extra for this. I also stated the order MUST be delivered on the date required as it was a gift for my friend's birthday. When the flowers weren't delivered by 7pm the following day I called and was told to wait until 9pm as that is when deliveries finish. I called back at 10pm and was told there was nothing they could do. I asked if someone could at least contact the courier to get an update and let me know first thing the next morning that would be helpful. They promised a manager would call me by 8:30am the next day with an update. That never happened. What ensued from then on is the most disgusting example of customer service I've ever come across.

Bloomex representatives make up their names and status (apparently everyone you speak to is a manager), have zero compassion or empathy, and outright lie to their customers. I have been laughed at, spoken over, mocked, ignored and hung up on. I have been promised refunds, none of which have been processed.

On top of this they also overcharged me. My invoice does not match the charge against my credit card. They tried to say the additional amount was a "donation" which it definitely was not.

I ended up tracking down the courier myself and they said the company lies to customers by telling them deliveries are made up until 9pm. That is simply not true (at least in the area my delivery was going to).

This company steals your money, does not deliver the product or service you've paid for, lies to its customers and business partners, then laughs all the way to the bank.

Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

The T&Cs are extremely misleading. It's states that international buyers would be charged in USD, I assumed this meant the total in AUD would be converted to USD then charged. But no, the total was just charged as if it was USD meaning I nearly paid DOUBLE for my order. My bunch of flowers and small box of chocolates were definitely not worth £70! If your overseas and wish to send flowers to your loved ones in OZ, keep looking!

I received a bunch of flowers from Bloomex. They arrived upside down in a box and all squashed with one piece of tissue paper that did not fit the bunch stapled.
I have attached photos.
I sent an email to bloomex and was told they were an acceptable condition and that the outter petals need removed as the flowers arrive dehydrated.
I actually cannot believe a company would be happy to see this condition as acceptable.
I would not waste your money...

I had ordered a roses combo which was a combination of roses and chocolates and teddy. However, only roses were delivered to person on Valentine's day. I ordered pink roses but the delivered ones were mostly white. When I contacted them, they said their outsourced florist said chocolates were delivered and if they weren't delivered, I could use store credit.

Imagine the level of audacity! First you ruin my Valentine's day, then you dont have records that verify whether order was delivered or not, then you give me store credit. Why the heck would I ever place another order through bloomex inorder to use store credit, when you already ruined my big day. Pink roses were intended to be delivered but the person received almost white ones. Such a shame!

Worst service ever! DO NOT FALL FOR THE RELATIVELY CHEAP PRICES THEY OFFER. THEY ARE OFFERED CHEAP FOR A REASON.
