I ordered a gift on 20/04 for my girlfriend's birthday on 22/04. It was informed the order changed on 22/04 and delivery would be delay to 24/04 without any reasons. All service phone and website couldn't be contacted after that. After ANZAC Day I was informed through email again on 27/04 It was said the gift could'nd be delivered because without room number in delivered address. But there is it on the order confirmation!
It was said if I need re-delivery I will be asked to pay another post fee. If you want complain you would be asked to website on service phone, and on the website all response from roberts. Order cancellation fee would be charged if you want and you have to wait their sale manger make decision. Then the sales Manager never contact you later. Do you want order any gifts on this website again? Never!
The flowers and everything were beautiful and arrived on time. The only discrepancy I had was that I played for 50 roses and she only received 40. But other than that, it was great service.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst service ever. No flowers just greenery. Which was wilted and had blemishes. Wish I had of read reviews before placing my order.
Placed two orders. Both were late! Cards were empty, wrong wine was sent and customer service team are an absolute joke. Refused to refund me and were absolutely rude. Had no apologies for them delivering late! Don't waste you're money or time! Not worth the disappointment!
I ordered flowers as a surprise for my grandmother as I was supposed to visit her (I live in Portugal) for the first time in 6 years on her birthday but obviously could not due to COVID-19. I contacted them and made purchase to only be told that part of my gift they no longer had in stock and would not be refunding me part of what was spent. On top of that the "24hr online help" is absolute lies - have been waiting in the chat room there for over 4 hours now to just confirm the status of the gift and to see if the rest of the gift is now available - during these times we look to the support and dependability of online services and this is definitely not a company I would recommend or ever use again. Absolutely disappointed.
I ordered flowers for my daughters special birthday but initially she didn't receive them, the excuse being that the address was incomplete which it wasn't. Eventually we agreed on a store credit that she could use and EVENTUALLy the code worked and she ordered roses. She received lilies. Not really a celebratory flower, mostly sent to show sympathy
Also the fact that you pay in American dollars, not pound sterling, is stated but not highlighted so I paid a lot of money for mediocre at best flowers

I ordered fresh flowers for my 92 year old mother in-law in an aged care this Easter as I could not visit her due to Covid 19. They did not arrive until 1 week later and they were dead. Apparently they had been with a 'courier' the whole time. I spent 5 days in online chats and emails with many different people, being constantly frustrated as they could not advise when they would be delivered and placed all responsibility on the courier company. As it was obvious they would not be delivered for Easter I was placed in a position of finding an open florist during covid 19 lockdown and having to travel to make my own delivery. Placing my health in danger by tavelling from shop to shop. Further, the flowers were delivered 7 days late, dead, and the chocolates I selected to go with them were replaced with a box I did not order. Bloomex have refused to refund, despite the fact I had to spend money on a replacement gift. Their customer service is horrendous and they will not refund your money or accept any responsibility for poor service. Using there online chat and ironically named "wecare" email was a waste of time my time. I just kept being sent from one to the other. Please, dont trust Bloomex with your order and money. There's a reason they offer money off future purchases!

Answer: Line is so disgusting you can't hear them and they repeat the same "I understand how you feel" Well no they don't because it's not their loved one that didn't get the flowers delivered when requested. And stop blaming COVID 19, Sydney has been case free for some time now.
Answer: I have used flowersacrossmelbourne to send flowers to my mother on her birthday. Absolutely never had a problem. I wish Brisbane had a company like them. Bloomex is a rip-off merchant.
