Card was left blank no supersize as requested was delivered 3 days prior to selected date and customer service is $#*! may as well be non existent existent two separate chats and same response for both it's just automated

Birthday gift for my mother and she loved the cake flower arrangement. Said for her it would be more care for them but had never seen this arrangement and thought it was so beautiful and unique.

Always has wonderful things that fit in my budget... not just a few items, if i don't want to spend alot, they have a really wide selection. And no one has ever been disappointed in the gifts.

It was great, but i did spell something wrong on the card and tried to get help to fix it like five minutes after I placed the order and they said it was to late

Easy to follow. I don't usually order on line, but, if I go to a florist, I don't know what they are sending. I know what is being sent when I order from you.

Beautiful arrangement delivered within hours for a friend's father's funeral. They loved the plant and fresh cut flowers. Something nice to take home and plant for memories to continue to grow. Great service, thank you!

My wife was thrilled! As she started putting them in the vase she was estatic to find not 12, but 18 beautiful roses! I love being her hero, and the roses helped me accomplish that!

Just been sending cheer to my friends and family during these trying times and self-isolation. These bouquets were easy to order with the 25HUG promotion, it's a bit of savings, especially while we need it.

Arrangements look beautiful and are basically priced reasonable, but uonce you add 15.00 extra on for the delivery fee and then another 7.00 or more for taxes it gets very pricey. Will think again before using.

The flowers on the site were well-organized and easy to view. Especially helpful was being able to see what your gift will look like with the extra bits either included or excluded (bear, chocolates, etc.)

Everything was done as promised, Delivery was early in the time bracket, driver called to let me know no one answered the door and I gave him permission to leave them there. Thank you

Pleasantly surprised by the ease of ordering variety and competitive prices. I remember this site being pretty expensive when I was younger but glad chase had an offer that made me take a quick look.

It was very easy to order. I was worried that the flowers might not look great, but they turned out incredible- fresh fragrant and beautiful! The delivery fee was steep, but the delivery was perfect.
