I ordered flowers for my friends funeral 4days prior. On the day that they were to deliver I received an email saying that it had been changed to 2 days later. It is now 3days later and my flowers have not been delivered. Now I can't even get onto anyone to discuss this matter. I will never order through Bloomex again. I'm so upset
I ordered flowers for my mum on Mother's Day and they never arrived! They took my money even charge me $20 for delivery to deliver for Mother's Day 2020 and they didn't show up and no replies or phone call! Scammers! Shouldn't be allowed to trade. I will be contacting the ACCC
Picked out a lovely arrangement for Mother's Day flowers were supposed to be delivered in a vase paid extra $$ to have delivered on Mother's Day what was received was a sad bunch of flowers that were not cut or arranged just chucked together and their was no vase was delivered with a loose small mason jar. Was delivered on the Friday even though I paid extra for Sunday delivery. Sent a dissatisfied email and received a reply but it was to the wrong person and even then the pathetic excuses given do not justify this is a rip off company that doesn't deliver what it advertises and definitely doesn't deliver any type of customer service. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Just cancelled our order we have had placed for ten days the day before mothers day! Impossible for us to get an order now unless paying double anywhere else.

Nice flowers but... I ordered flowers specifically for Mother's Day, Paid extra to have the flowers arrive on Sunday... Well they arrived today, Friday 8/5/20 2 days early! Plus the mother's day card was blank despite me writing a beautiful personalised message for my mum.
