If I could give a negative rating I would. I order flowers with sufficient time for delivery. My credit card was billed same day as order was placed. Flowers were not sent, I contacted customer service, they advised they would look into it. I was then sent an email saying I would receive a credit plus an additional $20, being processed immediately. Flowers have suddenly arrived at church, 3 days after delivery date and funeral service, to add insult to injury my Aunt (the now widow) called me ( I am in the States, funeral in Australia) and told me that they had arrived at church, but were DEAD. Guess what when I went on line to my account to check about credit I found it had not been processed. I contacted the online customer service who advise that they are escalating my enquiry to a manager and it will take 2 days before they could get back to me. To say that I am annoyed is beyond my emotional scale at present. Given circumstances to-date I would not recommend Bloomex; s services.

Yesterday 31/1/20 I received half a dozen roses from my boyfriend as a gesture of love. He used Bloomex to deliver the flowers to my address. When I received the flowers, I was disappointed to see they were not fresh flowers at all. There were layers of rose petals that were dry, wilted and dead. So I rang their customer service line and I also sent some photos of the flowers via email. The customer service rep told me they were going to ring me back but they never did. They also gave me an excuse-laden email saying that they were harvested in their farm and were "fresh" and "stunning". The responses made me speechless. Therefore, I do not recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Please be aware and spend your money elsewhere. Bloomex is NOT worth it.

Avoid like the plague I ordered $65 worth of flowers for a friend's birthday. They did not arrive on time. They also charged my bank $95. Apparently despite using an Australian card because I was overseas when I ordered them they charge you extra?!

I was told there was a courier delay and they'd be delivered the following day. I asked them to cancel the order instead and they refused.

The flowers were then left on a hot Brisbane porch with no attempt to ring the bell ( the recipient was home). They were half dead.

To top it off the CS representative was rude and hung up on our chat. I would never use this company again.

Gorgeous flowers. Always a risk when ordering online but they were beautiful. Delivered ontime. Will use this company again for sure.

My order was delivered on a friday morning, they were beautiful quality gerberas - really happy with my purchase, would recommend & definitely buy from bloomex again.

Flowers arrived beautifully arranged. Lots of yellow blooms, truly perfect. They look gorgeous on my table, would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I got sick so I couldn't visit my mother in law for birthday. I decided to order flowersonline and came across this company when I was looking for an online flower delivery company. I liked the wide range of arrangements they had, and the pricing was quite reasonable. I went for a rose and alstroemeria bouquet and it was adorable. My mother in law called me and said how delighted she was. I'll use Bloomex again.

I always use Bloomex for sending flowers wherever possible. My recepients have always been very pleased.

Flowers were ordered (very bright colourful bunch). Paid for them to be delivered Saturday and instead they were delivered Friday. Flowers received were two colours, that was it. Nothing like the bunch ordered and descripted as Summer Blooms. I know that flowers vary due to season but there are a plethora of colours available this time of the year and to just go with two colours and a small bunch when I paid extra for deluxe was a joke. Couldn't be more disappointed. Bloomex did not apologise for the day early delivery and said the blooms were fresh and fit the description (they must have eye problems). Disgusted with typical bug business response as they just don't care. Will not go back. Do yourself a favour and try hard to find a local small business that will actually care about service.

An excellent selection of flowers to chose from, easy to order, arrived on time. Very nice flowers, the person was really happy with them.

Great service. Absolutely what I ordered. Arrived on time. More than fulfilled my expectations...
