Recently bought my mother some flowers from Bloomex. She said she they were beautiful and she liked them a lot. The service is perfect. Never had an issue with them. It counts because I like pleasing my girls (mother and sister) with some fresh cuts now and then. The pricing is quite good and, as a regular customer, I have a permanent discount. So good job Bloomex.

Second time I have ordered for the wife. I couldn't see the quality of the flowers in person but they looked great in a photo. Will definitely use Bloomex again. Thank you.

I've been using Bloomexusa only a year. For the first time I ordered a bouquet of yellow roses for my mom's birthday. The flowers were very beautiful, none of the roses was wilted. In May I ordered her gerberas for Mother's Day. She loved the vibrant colors of the arrangement! My dad sent me a photo of her with the flowers. Thanks Bloomex for making my mom smile!

After spending over 24 hours arguing with a customer service officer on their Live Chat, you can absolutely forget about chatting with an actual manager. We were promised a refund of the difference between AUD 120 and USD 120. Refund was also calculated in US dollars. Conveniently they can do this when it suits them, but we still ended up short of what we should have received. Refund came over 24 hours later than we were promised and when we queried this, the person replying was not very friendly.
This company put us through hell at a time when we were already under a lot of stress. Will never use them again.
