I will certainly use Bloomex again as they were efficient and friendly throughout the process. Easy to navigate site, great prices and very easy to communicate with. Delivery was on time and the Flowers were gorgeous.

Great service! I ordered some flowers by Bloomex for my mother while she was at work. She got'em without problem! And by the way for notice, it was not expensive.

The company Bloomex is a godsend for me. Surprised my mom. The flowers were delivered on time, the courier said nice words. And most importantly, the flowers were very beautiful and fresh.

Bloomex is becoming my go to if I need to have flowers delivered. My recipients have loved the flowers.

I wanted to give flowers to my mother for Mother's Day and I did not know where I could quickly order a beautiful selection of flowers. But my good friend advised him to contact Bloomex and said that he had already made orders before it was not the first time. After I decided to try to make an application for May 12th. Flowers delivered on time. Mom was pleased by such a present. I will order just flowers here and I will advise this service to everyone.

I ordered flowers for my daughters anniversary to be delivered this coming Monday, they arrived yesterday (Saturday) and the flowers were nothing like I ordered. I did "live chat" three times before I ordered, (which is terrible), then rang & spoke to someone overseas who I couldn't understand. The woman did not want to listen to me & tried to finish the conversation with "well, thanks for ringing". Seriously, is this a professional company? I then rang, as I was having trouble with the website, and spoke to someone else who was very helpful & assured me the flowers would be delivered Monday. Customer service is appalling. After I saw the flowers they delivered I emailed them, they offered me 15% discount from my next order, are they kidding, I will not use them again.
Their replies to emails seem to have a generated reply on both emails, example of part of their reply: "The florist did maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement. The arrangement seemed quite lovely and the flowers were fresh". MAYBE, BUT NOTHING LIKE I ORDERED! And less flowers.
Also you can not write a negative review on their review page, it refuses anything less then 4 stars.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day 2019. Started to get worried when nothing had arrived by 3pm. Attempted to make contact via Twitter, Facebook, Phone and their "Live Chat" (their live chat just flat out doesn't work - everyone just appears to be "next in the queue") to no avail.

In the end I gave up. The flowers did arrive but not till 17:50. In my eyes this is just unacceptable, as the day is over. By the sounds of other reviews I was lucky to get them before 9pm!

Cannot stress enough - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have just received a boxed bouquet of flowers from Bloomex which had been 'packaged' upside down so all the flowers were squashed. They were left leaning on our letterbox in full view of the street eventhough someone was home and could have taken delivery. There was no fragile sticker on the box and the glass vase included was totally smashed even the oasis in which the flowers were sitting was smashed. I have tried to contact the company to demand that the sender have their money refunded there is no way to actually speak to a customer service person and only an online chat service which doesn't reply and the website won't even accept my review. I am fuming.

I have just received a gift snack pack from a friend and frankly it mostly does not meet Australian food standards, the things I have tried were stale, bland and quite disgusting. Some items look ok but the rest I have listed below;
Napa Valley Mustard Co. Sourdough Nuggets - made for & distributed by no Use By or Best Before date, no country of origin. Stale Sour & truly disgusting.
Focaccia Crisps Tuscan Style Crackers - Product of Indonesia no Use By or Best Before date. Stale & Bland.
Tavolaré savoury Snack made for & distributed by no Use By or Best Before date, no country of origin.
Angelinas Sweet Butter Cookies Packed in Indonesia made for & distributed by no Use By or Best Before date, no country of origin.
Chocolate Wafer Cookies - Product of Indonesia no Use By or Best Before date.
Primo Dolce Truffle Cookies - Product of Indonesia no Use By or Best Before date.
Three Pepper Blend Water Crackers - Product of Indonesia no Use By or Best Before date.
Petite de Fruits Product of Mexico - no Use By or Best Before date.

I guess they can get away with foisting this rubbish on an unsuspecting market because no wants to complain to a friend who sent them a gift.

I live in NZ and ordered my niece flowers, chocolates and a card. The day came and I was told they had no chocolates. I emailed and suggested they go, out and buy some but no I was credited with AUD15 to an account with them. I have told Bloomex I do, not want a credit as I will not be using them again. I would have thought they could have added more flowers at the very least. So far nothing. Very disappointed they did not deliver what they advertise.
