From the time of ordering samples till the time we ordered the (recommended) 1-2 blinds to ensure product satisfaction, everything was smooth and easy. The second order shipment came faster then the first one but we were pleased of that. The roman shades are beautiful, we are all pleased and they fit perfectly on every window. I wish we got the bigger discount on the first order, would be my only complaint.

Ordering was easy. All the parts arrived intact. The blinds were mounted with relative ease. They look lovely. My only complaint would be lack of printed mounting instructions with the blinds. The instructions were available online, and I used them, but I would have preferred a printed copy for convenience.

Ordered a dozen faux wood blinds for our new house. Custom size was certainly the selling point; love the look, great product and shipping was prompt. Customer service is courtious and helpful. Assembly was no stress. Thanks Blindster for a wonderful product.
We ordered the 2" faux wood blinds. They shipped fast and they were easy to unpack and set up but the rail was dented on both sides. It didn't affect operation and the magnetic headrail valance covered it and it is too much trouble to reorder/correct the problem. The blinds were 1/8" narrower than requested but, again, a small difference not worth replacing. We will go with a different company next time. If they can't get it right the first time, we go with a better company.
The CSR provided exception customer service and promptly provided a replacement set of blinds with absolutely no hazzel
We ordered a set of 7 solar shades to cover windows and doors in our great room. Linda was very helpful in ensuring I provided the correct measurements and everything fit perfectly. We are very happy with the result and the good service.
Well-made and easy to install with the instructions provided, this wood slat blind matched my woodwork exactly. An added benefit is the insulation the wood blind provides when closed.

Good quality at a good price! I ordered a cordless roman shade with black out lining. I loved that you could completely customize your order. Installation was relatively painless (comparable to hanging a curtain rod). Being able to get fabric samples at no cost makes ordering something online feel less risky. My only complaint is that 2 of the 5 samples I tried to get were unavailable; I just made my decision based on the 3 that I received. Would definitely use again.
Beginning with telephone conversation/s to Blindster people, placing the order, confirmation no., through notifications of status, delivery time, packaging, instructions, to the actual installation, I would have no problem recommending Blindster to anyone.
