I ordered 2 long 1inch faux wood blinds and one short one. I love them and they look great installed. The short blind box came with no installation directions so good thing I ordered more than one blind. One of the large blinds had several dents in the very top frame. My installer fortunately was able to straighten them out somewhat. They were packaged so well I can't see how this occurred in the shipping. Quality control can be a little better but overall I'm very pleased and will order more in the future! Suzanne Crismore(formerly Joyner)
The lady on the phone told me my order would be shipped the next day when I called but it was not shipped until 3 days later.
Inside Mount: There are two ways to fasten the mounting bracket to the window frame. Only one way accommodates the end cap lifting mechanism -- the other way interferes. The instructions make no mention of this and necessitated removing the brackets and re-mounting them. The screws supplied were of the slotted variety and too large. They should have been Phillips (easer to install) and slightly shorter. The shade is perfect for the application and works great.

The website said they would deduct. 25" or so; but they did not and we had to shave the wall on both sides for two of the 2" blinds. Fortunately it was a masonry wall and my contractor was able to do that at the top. The sides were perfect, but the top railing was larger than the allowance they made, so it did not fit.
Received our blinds - wasn't happy with the color and texture for the space for which it was purchased and was granted a full refund. Thank you :)

Had problem with cordless blind. Blind was remade with continuous loop, and received in less than a week. Works fabulous
Blindster gracially gave a 40% discount on blinds to followers of a popular blog which enabled me to afford several blinds that we had not been able to afford. They even sent replacement blinds for a small upgrade fee after I measured incorrectly. I'm very happy with how it all turned out.
We measured the windows according to the size but when I ordered I put the wrong fraction 67.75 instead of 67.25. I called customer service as soon as I discovered my mistake. ( a day after I ordered) They changed it for me and the blinds came a week later. They look great with the valance included as well as the hardware. The sale price included shipping and beat anything I could find locally. Will use them again if needed!
