Easy to install, except some braces didn't come. Called and they were here 2 days later! Very nice clerks and the blinds are good quality.
We just put in new windows and these blinds have given the project a great finishing touch. A couple of blinds would not open the slats but a comparison with other blinds and an email to Blindster solved the problem. An explanation of how to attach the side valances to the main one would be greatly appreciated. Simple but when you don't know you just don't know. Also you might need to buy deeper curtain rods if you are going to put window coverings over the blinds... especially if the blinds are installed outside the window frames. You will just have to see what is needed or wanted.
Missing some brackets in order but customer service was easy to work with and immediately sent replacements

The fact you can have your blinds custom made is great! All we had to do is submit our measurements to Blindster, pick the material and order on their website. You can order free swatches to choose the color, style, and openness. We went with Premium Solar Shades 1 Percent Openness. They shipped quickly considering they were special order, and the is price better than what we found locally. At 1 Percent they aren't blackout blinds, but we like being able to see outside to the backyard which is fairly secluded. They do offer blackout blinds if you are looking for that option. They were easy to install and we are considering ordering the blinds for other windows in the house. We are very happy with our online purchase. Thanks Blindster!
Received a defective blind and was replaced with a new blind immediately
I have ordered blinds from these folks twice now because I was so pleased with the quality as well as the price. I will be submitting another order soon.

Had a problem with the vertical blinds in the original order. The reorder solved the problem and the blinds look great.
The screws for mounting are really cheap. The screw head take either a small Philips screwdriver or a small wrench (socket wrench less then. 25) are the focus of my complaint. The wrench size should be a quarter inch - the smallest socket provided in a normal set.
Ordered product online. Received product timely. They fit precisely as measured. Installation was a snap... literally and figuratively. Never had cordless before but they work and look great! Definitely will order again.
The ordering was easy. I received followup phone calls about measurements and peculiarities of each window. The arrival of product was timely and material was in good condition. Unfortunately, the hardware was not with the blinds. I called and was told it would be shipped immediately.
After 7 days, I called to followup. It was another 5 days before hardware arrived. This delayed the project. Nonetheless, I would recommend this site for blinds. I will purchase more blinds in the future.
The roller shade for my 1971 bathroom came in the correct size & was easy to install. The yellow color (Carina Butler) selected was a perfect match. The light filter provides privacy but doesn't darken the room. Customer service was great and put my order on hold when I decided to add a scallop hem. They sent me samples & then made the shade. I love my shade.!
The blinds are nice but had damage when I received them. The head rail was dented but the valiance covers the dent. Also one of the clear plastic pieces inside the head rail was broken in half. I did not return as they still work and did not want the hassle.
I placed a rather large order for my restaurant. There were over 20 blinds ordered in various sizes. Blindster phoned me to confirm everything was just right before making and shipping. I was able to identify all of the blinds' location by the location they put on each blind. Everything was perfect and the company a pleasure to work with.
The service was good but the product was made very cheaply
The size of the cells way to small. The website was very misleading. Unfortunately I was very disappointed.
Not the best I've ever seen. One came broken. Thank god my father is Mr. Fix it and fixed it.
I'm sorry you had a problem with one of your blinds. Unfortunately, ship damage is sometimes an issue because window coverings are heavy and oddly shaped. I will call you to make sure that everything is resolved.
What a great company. I messed up in measuring and they shipped me a new, corrected blind, no questions asked. Needless to say, I'm very pleased to recommend them.
