Navigating the site and ordering my blinds was a breeze. When I goofed up on the length of one of my blinds, the customer service department was so helpful in reordering me another one. Everything that I have heard about this company is true. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed!
I ordered two blinds, exactly the same. When I opened one box, it was as I ordered. The second box however, had the wrong colored brackets, along with different colored valance pieces, used for outside installation. My order was for inside. How could this possibly happen? So obvious... two different colors! Suggest better quality control! I went ahead and installed because the brackets didn't show after putting the valance on. I like the blinds.
Great blinds! We love them and would order again! They keep the cold out and are very easy to install and very easy to put up and down!
To date I've ordered a total of 9 blinds for my home. They are good quality and easy to install. Only one blind dind't fit due to my inaccurate measurement, but Blindster responded promptly to my email and replaced it for $15.
Order was split because you ran out of material. You made 2 of 4 shades and shipped them then told me about it. I had no chance to change to a different material. Now you say the remainder of the order was shipped, but you did not supply any tracking info, and you have not answered my email requests for tracking info. I am getting concerned! Where are my shades?
Update: shipment promised 2 days ago. My emails have been answered with excuses. Still no shades and not even tracking info. Even after it was promised days ago. Not the best service. We will see.
I did some shopping around and found that the Blindster site was very competitive, beating many local retailers for the same quality blinds. The color is perfect and they are so easy to open and close.
The directions for measuring were easy to understand, the delivery came in a timely manner, it was well packaged, and the install was simple.

Blinds arrived quickly and were a perfect fir - saved quite a bit over the big box stores and I think that they are better quality. I have used this company for one other window(roman shade)this is my second order for another window, will definitely use Blindster for all future window treatments.
I had an issue with my order that was solely my own fault. I hesitated a week before calling as I had convinced myself I had no recourse. However, my problem was quickly and cheerfully corrected by a five-minute phone call to a customer service rep. I have dealt with a number of online companies, including a competitor, and never have I been more pleased. I would highly recommend this company and it appears they have a good product, even at the entry level.
I got the 1/2" aluminum blinds. They were very good quality and quite easy to install although they could add some of that quality to the directions. I would recommend this to a friend.

Most of the shades I ordered had to have the metal stud filed down in order to fit into the window. One of my shades did not fit at all even after filing down. I would like to be contacted by Blindster if they actually read this.

Everything was in order. Blinds were well made and packaged well. They did not come with pull handles that slide onto the bottom tho for the vinyl roll up blinds. That should be standard equipment. We placed two separate orders. Neither time did we receive any updates of order status regarding completion of order and shipping / tracking infomation. That should not be the normal procedure. Hopefully next time it will be different. Two orders and not good communication at all.

Ordering was fast and easy, received the product when promised. Color and fit was perfect. Very happy with the whole experience.
The blinds arrived on time, were easy to install, look good and function well. The instructions included weren't great but the folks on the phone were helpful and friendly when I called with questions. I'll order from them again.
Quality is high and easy to install. We had several professional installations of other shades and we like this one better. As time goes on, we will be back!

I'm sorry that the factory made only part of your order. I apologize for the inconvenience and delay. This is not the way orders are normally processed.
The factory did make your remaining 2 shades and held them to ship after the first of the year per your instructions. Yesterday, 1/3 was the first day this factory worked and we are expecting the order to ship today. I will send you the tracking information as soon as it is available.
