We love your product. The blind casing is heavy duty. The installation was quick and easy and we love that it blacks out the room.
The cellular, vertical and 2 inch slant blinds that I ordered were as exactally as I hoped they would be. Excellent quality. Delivery was on time. Definatley have been recommending Blindster to friends.
The valance, the finished part of top of the blind is a crown molding. I called blindster to ask if I could purchase another style, they said "no".

I order 4 shades - they were delivered quickly, correctly and were what I ordered. I had problems with one top down/bottom up shade working correctly and they immediately sent a replacement (adjusted the size for me) and also sent info on how to repair the broken one.

My husband did the measuring and I went to blindster and ordered what I wanted, very simple and they came to the house. My husband put them up and they look great.
I went online to order from Blindster.com and it was an efficient website to order from. We received the blinds in the promised time-frame. When we put them up, they look fine. The only issue we have with them is; they dont retract up as others vendor blinds. The cost was reasonable, but its worth the extra money to purchase from other vendors vs saving money through Blindster.com.
This is the fourth or fifth time we have bought from Blindster. We have never had any problems. They are really nice blinds, cut perfect even when you receive them they take the utmost care to ensure they arrive unharmed. I ordered 4 headrails containing 3 faux wood blinds each and two blinds on the same headrail were damaged. I asked for a replacement which took many phone calls and over 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was also damaged. I have sent emails with pictures of the 2nd damaged headrail and for the past week have not received a reply from Blindster... A very nice lady at Blindster contacted me today and told me they were sending me a replacement, and the reason they hadn't got back to me sooner was because of the holidays..
I'm sorry you had a problem with your shipment and didn't get the response you expected. I do show that you notified us on 12/30 that you had a problem. I apologize for the delay and will get this resolved right away.

We just built a sizable house and used Blindster for 2" Faux Wood blinds throughout the 2 main floors after hearing their add on the radio multiple times. My wife and I are thrilled with the blinds. They arrived quicker than expected, were a breeze to install with basic tools and look awesome! For the price (I intended to use the radio code RUSH but Blindster was actually running a better special and the blinds we chose were 35% off online), I certainly did not expect anything close to the quality of these blinds. I have recommended Blindster to several people already and will continue to do so. I'll be ordering blinds for the basement shortly!
We ordered 4 blinds, and one was delivered defective. We did not realize it was defective until it was already installed. I called Blindster to order a remake, but I was not given a delivery timeline. When I called back a week later to follow up, the manager was unable to offer any sort of guess as to the delivery timeline due to the "skeleton crew" working over the holidays. We now have a broken, inoperable blind hanging up in our home and no idea when the replacement will be delivered. Per the manager, it could be as much as 4 weeks after the reorder was placed. I understand that mistakes happen, but I'm really dissatisfied with how slowly the replacement process moves. This was the second large order I'd placed with Blindster, and I am generally pleased with their products, but if there is any issue with the product, the resolution is frustrating.
