Overall we were very satisfied. It took a little longer to receive than anticipated. If we would have received some communications between ordering and receiving that would have sufficed.

I would never purchase blinds from blindster again. I dont like the guide holes. The blinds are flimsy. I haven't returned them because I dont want to wait for other blinds. I will order different brands in the future. Not a good buy.

My blinds have not yet been hung as my closet renovation is not yet complete. I chose a soft pink and I like that the outside look is white.
When the blinds arrived they were defective. Blindster agreed to replace them, and advised me on 12/16 that the manufacturer would be remaking them, and I should receive them in 10-15 days. Allowing for the holidays, as of January 8 I still haven't received the replacements.
It's been 2 months since they were ordered, and I still don't have a working set of blinds.

Badly measured blind with poor paper-like material that scrunched up on one side. Customer service provided a refund, but kept some kind of $5.95 "service fee", despite my not doing anything wrong.

Just purchased blinds so no comment on durability and longevity, with that said Blindster has been the definition of customer satisfaction. Upon ordering blinds I received an Emai from a rep not a robo and they had a few question regarding order. Minor things like size confirmation and the suggestion that I get samples prior to activating order. There where about 5 back and forth correspondents with the same rapid response. Price point was better than online competitors and sizes needed cost was outrageous at local vendors. Upon arrival the blinds where the correct size and color and fit great. Very easy to install, took about 15 min per blind. Total timeline from first contact to install about 3 weeks and this was over the Black Friday Cyber Monday sales. So far blinds work well, I had concerns since they are large single units 69x82. Purchased Premium Light Filtering double cell with side cord roll up. Definitely a 5 star rate.
I ordered a single blind for a door that required hold downs. The blind that I received was exactly what I wanted other than the fact that the end caps didn't have a hole for the hold down. I emailed and requested end caps either the holes. The replacements were the same ones I had, no hole. Other than that the blind was exactly what I wanted.
The exotic roller shades are pretty but don't roll tight, so it takes away from them. The corded pleated shades are nice, but the cordless are disappointing. The plastic handles are ugly and totally detract from them.
