The cordless blinds take time to open and you have to pay attention that both sides are going up evenly. I will not order cordless again. I do really enjoy the black out model though.

My experience was 'okay'. There wasn't anything inherently wrong with my Blindster shades. However, I was disappointed by the material quality which I should go back to the title of my review. I was somewhat disappointed by the brackets that came with them. I ended up using my brackets from my old shades since they "fit" better. I also felt they could have had directions with lining up the pull cord to ensure that the shades fully opened and fully closed properly. I ended up taking one(1) end of the shade off, lining up the pull cord so that it did open and close 100%, and then putting the end back on. Not sure if that was the way to do it but with the lack of instructions on how to do it, that's what I did.
Blind was broken when it arrived had to put it back together to get it to work

The order was as described. Blinds appear to be high quality and were easy to install.
My only gripe is that my order shipped out in 2 shipments, and the web site did not clearly reflect this. The site showed that my order had shipped when only the first part of it had, so I was worried that they had forgotten to ship the second part. When I called and talked to them on the phone this got cleared up, but it was a waste of everybody's time to not have it on the web site.
Took a long time to get someone to install all the contractors were booked.
He tried every way he could to get it to look good. Finally figured it's made wrong I would like to send you pictures to prove my point. Of course I still had to pay him as it wasn't his fault. I have this type window treatment on eight other windows in my house and they are prefect! Will never recommend y'all sorry to say

I have ordered blinds from your company for several years and have always been very satisfied with your product until this last time. Ihad seven blinds in this order and all but one was perfect. This one blind looked like it was warped and to send it back was too much of a problem. This will not stop me from using your company again as I have always been satisfied with your products and hope for better results in the future. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond.
I like the shades very much but I only received 1 handle (clear plastic that attaches to the bottom of the shade) and bought two shades. I would use Blinster.com again and would appreciate another handle sent to me

The blinds look great but the black out blind does not rise correctly, takes 2 hands and very slowly to go up. Also my other blind squeaks bad every time it does up and down. I know they are not brand name and you pay for what you get but I will not order again from them.

I was relying on timely production and shipping so I could have the blinds installed by a certain date. Unfortunately production was delayed about a week. I did request expedited shipping to somewhat compensate for the time lost but they weren't able to grant me that either.

Had a glitch with one of our blinds, they had me send pics to show the problem, then remade the blind and got it here asap! They were a joy to work with and I'll be ordering from them again. Oh and the blinds look wonderful too! :)
I am very happy with my new roman shades. They're made with nice fabric look great!
All blinds arrivec in good order. Easy to install. Every blind worked as advertised and fit the windows. No problems at all. Blindster kept us informed regarding status and delivery and the product arrived ahead of schedule.
We recently did our whole house with Blindster blinds. We found them to be a little too short, and will not stay down. The up and down blinds open at the top when pulling them all the way down, even when pulled very slowly and gently. We did not have this problem with the one blind we bought from another company.
Blinds are excellent quality with great pricing! We will be using Blindster whenever we need blinds again!
Ordering went well, installation was easy. ( only received 1/2 my order at first) waited a few days nothing. Looked at my online order there was no more tracking info. Nothing about shipment 1/2 ect. So I was worried the rest was lost or not being made. I emailed customer service. It was a couple days before any response. My other blinds came the day before they responded with a 2nd tracking number. Wasn't impressed with that but the actual blinds I got have been great. Thanks
