Our experience with Blindster.com was excellent! There were lots of window covering options and with free samples, we were able to select just the right colors for our rooms. The blinds were fairly easy to install and, so far, work perfectly! We have an issue with a few blinds, due to a mistake we made when ordering but contacted customer service and it will be very easy to rectify the problem. Blinds were excellent quality, exact size (use the measuring instructions on the website!) We have an older home with very odd size windows! Customer Service was quick to follow up on a? I emailed them. I would recommend this company to anyone! Excellent prices, they always have some % off regular price I have found! Very Happy!

I ordered blinds for our new home on a Sunday evening to take advantage of the 35% off sale that was ending. On Monday morning I received an email from Blindster to call confirming my order - they wanted me to be happy with the color I chose & suggested that I get samples to make sure I was happy. Good thing! I chose a different color & Blinsters still honored their sale price. Their customer service is Great! I ordered these over the holidays but was concerned about delivery because we were going to be gone & they aid "no problem", they would hold off production & have them delivered when we returned. Perfect! The blinds came & we love them. Very easy to install and look very nice up. I ordered the roller shades & they have a clean modern look for our home. Thank you Blindster!
I ordered 3 faux wood blinds. 2 for the front door side windows are the wrong size ( one is too long, the other too short), and the 3rd (for the kitchen window) I haven't hung yet because I'm afraid of what I might find.
My first time buying from Blindster. Very happy with the service and delivery time. Only downside is the screws for hanging were not good quality. I would buy from them again
We are super happy with Blindster. We will be using them again soon. The instructions for measuring were easy to understand. The materials they use are great. 10 minutes after the blinds were installed our house was automatically warmer. That was a pleasant surprise. We are looking forward to using them on some other windows
The products received are very cheap material and cheaply made in comparison to the Levlor products we have. Will not make the mistake of changing brands again. Old saying "you get what you pay for"!
