Lot so decided to give it a try, especially with their guarantee policy. I was very happy with the quality and look so I ordered more for another window in my house. They were easy to install for a non handy man and I would defiantly recommend them. I got the cordless bottom up.
I appreciated the timeliness with which we received the samples which made it easy to pick out which one I wanted!
A minor glitch was corrected immediately and with a cheerful attitude. A lesser company would have simply ignored the situation in hopes that it would go away. Shipping of a missing part by Fedex was unexpected and lightning fast.
The blinds we ordered fit perfectly in each window. I was disappointed that one set of blinds had some warped slats, but overall I am happy with our new blinds.
The website is a breeze to navigate. Choices are abundant and ordering instructions clear. Also clear are the installation instructions. Prices easily beat dealing with blinds thru the Big Box stores. I am very satisfied with Blindster!

I miscalculated on the size of one of the five blinds I ordered. Customer service was very gracious about helping me correct the problem. They were also helpful in replacing two blinds that did not work properly. Both were received with the wand mechanism not working. I received prompt replacements, but that seems to be a problem that should not have happened.
The blinds are good. Fit the previous brackets in the window from my "Blinds To Go" blinds so each blind took about a minute to put up. I like the magnetic valance attachment.
We recently ordered several light blocking top down, bottom up cordless blinds. We are very pleased with the product for the money. The lines really do block the light and the blinds move up and down very smoothly. Several of the packages arrived broken open and were missing hardware- Fed Ex's fault, not Blinster's. The customer service was excellent, and they shipped the missing parts out immediately. The only thing I would advise is to add 1/4 to 1/2 inches to your horizontal measurement. The blinds were a pinch too narrow for the windows, but overall a great product.
The wood blinds are very attractive and well made.
The faux wood blinds are nice, but the top headers are not secured with magnets like the wood blinds and do not fit snugly. We have not had that problem with previous faux wood blinds.
I've ordered from this company three times for different homes and have been pleased with the accuracy and speed of delivery. The blinds are easy to install and look amazing.
I purchased the Premium Roman Shades. They were easy to install and work great. Telephone sales people are very knowledgeable and great to work with.
Fast delivery after online order. Arrived fast and correcrt. Fit perfect. Very easy to install, directions great. Quality product. Did have an issue (My fault) called customer service very pleasant and handled my problem on the first call. Very satisfied with my results.

The only thing that aggravated me was that AFTER I placed my order for my blinds, they send me an email saying that the blinds are now 30% off & I was not able to use that discount.
I have been very pleased with Blindster and have placed a few orders over the past 6 months. The prices are very reasonable and the blinds are made to order. I haven't had any problems. The wide special molding for the top really makes them attractive. They were easy to assemble and work nicely.

First of I am extremely satisfied with your customer service. The best! I love the service I received and love my blinds. Only one issue. When I did a reorder to finish my windows I was told that the color I choose was no longer available. I went ahead and ordered very similar color. I noticed the quality was not as good as the original blinds I ordered. Still very happy with my purchase just thought you should be aware of this.
Your site was easy to use with great information for measuring. The blinds fit perfectly and look great in my office! And the price was the best I could find.
