The blinds are a good quality for the money.
You do not get what you order! They de-duct from the size you order, 3/8- 1/2 an inch. You answer there question, you give them the measurements you need. To correct they will charge you. Tho they claim they will correct for free. They will charge you. That is my experience. On the Cellular type the mechanize system they use to raise and lower is better than ones replaced. I extended the frame in the window at a lower cost that what they wanted to correct the sizing change the screwed up. I not heard form any of them.
Blinds were delivered on time and exactly as ordered. I would definitely order from them again.
I didn't have a problem with the product. The blind was fine it just didn't fit correctly. I called to return the blind and the person I spoke with was very nice. My real complaint is the fact that the cost to return the product was extreme and I used the cheapest way possible. On top of the cost to return it, I also had the return fee of $5.99. I probably will not use Blindster in the future because of this return policy. The company says they have a worry free returns if the blinds don't fit or they aren't what you wanted but with the cost return them it's not such a great deal.
Credit card charged in January, it's the middle of March and I'm still waiting on my delivery. No feedback on status of order. Only communication is this survey request. Hard to be very satisfied with this sort of service.
I'm so sorry about your late delivery. I checked with the factory and your order was unfortunately delayed. The factory is rushing your production and shipping your order via 2 day air for delivery in 3 days. This situation is very unusual. I truly apologize for this delay. Thank you for your patience.
We were sent the wrong size for one our blinds.we had to wait another week to receive right blind

I purchased vertical blinds for 2 long narrow windows in my living room and for a small bathroom window. The installation was easy and fitted well, quality was good. The only negative I had was I didn't realize that the track did not have any dress up to cover the bare metal. I went to a local home center and bought some plastic hardware and created my own valences out of the extra vertical blind panels that were sent to me.
I'm an apartment owner and I have ordered many blinds for my apartment and they are always inexpensive, good quality and come within a week. I am very happy with Blindster and will continue using them for my business and my home.

I recently ordered shades from Blindster.com as part of a kitchen remodel. When I placed the initial order, I accidentally chose the wrong type of pull for the shades. I wanted top-down bottom up but had changed it to a standard pull and didn't realize it until I received the shades.
Disheartened, and expecting to have to purchase another set of shades at full price, I called Blindster to see if I could possibly have these shades altered to have the correct type of pull. The representative that I spoke with told me that they likely could not be altered because they use a different head rail. At this point, I was certain that i would need to order replacement shades at full price. So, I asked her if I could get a discount on the replacement order. She said that wasn't necessary. As part of the Blindster satisfaction guarantee, she would just refund the initial order less a restocking fee and create a new order for me with the correct type of shades. I was so stunned I almost fell out of my chair. I couldn't believe it - I screwed up and was more than willing to pay the full price to replace the shades (they are top quality) but Blindster replaced them for a small fee. I wish every company had this level of customer service.
As far as the shades go, they are fantastic. The fit and finish are top notch. They were also incredibly easy to install (less than 10 minutes for three separate windows). Befoire ordering from Blindster, we actually looked at shades from several other vendors and found that, in order to get comparable quality, the price was typically, at least, double what Blindster charged.
Because Blindster has such great customer service and the products are such an incredible value, I recommend them to anyone I know who might be looking at window treatments.
Needless to say, Blindster has become my first and last stop for any future window treatment purchases.
We ended up purchasing a variety of window dressings from Blindster for our new home. I was very happy with almost everything we purchased. The only exception was the discount roman shades and that was because it wasn't clear that the pleats were faked and did not fold up like the more expensive roman shades we purchased from the.

I had several estimates from local companies and all were at least double the price of the Blindster.com quote. I was a little nervous at first ordering from a company on line but it was the best decision I made. Not only was the workmanship excellent but the fabric was gorgeous and the finishing touch for my newly remodeled kitchen. Everyone that sees the Roman shade cannot believe that it was ordered online.

I'm sorry your blinds didn't come as expected.
We recommend that you use the window opening width (smallest of the width measurements at the top, middle & bottom of the window) when ordering inside mount blinds. All factories that make window coverings for us (and all factories that I am aware of in the United States) take a width deduction when making blinds/shades to be mounted inside the window. For horizontal blinds the normal deduction is 1/2 inch.
Our Fit or Free Guarantee was designed specifically to allow our customers to get a blind at the correct size for minimal cost. We pay for the blind, you only pay for the shipping ($15 per blind) plus the price difference if the new blind is at a higher cost than the original blind.
