I ordered the 2" Premium Faux Wood Blinds. Easy to order, easy to install, and do look like real wood blinds. Definitely worth getting the Premium over the Deluxe because of the magnetic valence. Very happy with the purchase and will refer to friends!

The blinds were great but why send screws that won't fit a standard nut driver

The sales associate who helped me, over the phone, was awesome. She spent a lot of time with me, taking down the measurements for my entire house of 2 1/2 inch faux wood blinds. They all fit perfectly. I would have liked a little nice piece at the top, at least to cover the gap on each side, but overall we're very happy with them.

After installing the blinds I found that the construction and operating devise wasn't the quality I expected. The blinds I removed had a better mechanism to move and open the blinds. I feel the clips that hold the panels in place are of low quality. I haven't had any issues to this point. I bought the extended warranty and I feel that I will need to use it over the time period

One of the blinds we ordered had a malfunctioning pulley. I emailed Blindster and received a quick follow up phone call. The customer service representative asked me for my order number and window number and she said they'd cut a new one and send it out right away. No need to mail the defective one back. Sure enough a replacement came in the mail a week later and that was that. Couldn't ask for a better replacement policy.

All of our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. We have been selling these vertical blinds for quite a while with very few issues. Please let us know right away if you experience any issues and we will take care of it.
