I did have a problems with one of the blinds in the way it was made, so I made a call to Blindster and customer service requested I send pictures. Once the pictures were received, another blind was ordered for me... no hassle!

In ordering, I received excellent customer service when I called about color comparisons. The rep actually took a picture of samples and texted it to me for review. Our order was received in a timely manner and undamaged (very good packaging.) The blind was easy to install and looks and functions beyond our expectations. Will definitely order from Blindster again!
We ordered the blinds which showed up reasonably quickly - only problem being that incorrect parts for installation were sent. When I called, the correct parts were shipped out immediately. So far, the new blinds work great and we cannot tell the difference between them and the super-expensive ones we had which were complete garbage and which continously broke.
Probably should give Blindster five stars because customer service was great and we are very happy with the products. But not so happy that the incorrect parts meant a delay in getting them installed. Fix those issues and Blindster gets five stars.
Blinds were cut the right size and order shipped really quickly. Only downside is the brown blinds we ordered came with a white cord. Other than that everything was perfect
I ordered blinds for 3 windows. Two of the blinds were fine, however, the third blind was jammed and I could not be raised or lowered. I contacted Blindster and they sent a replacement unit. I have not installed the replacement blind, so I don't know if the replacement unit works or not. I appreciate the service and the "no hassle" replacement.
My blinds came but there was a large gap. They refunded my money and told me to donate them to charity. I will reorder a different style
I ordered with dimensions. The blind arrived in good shape and color was as I wanted. I hung the kind holders only to find that the blind was cut 1/2 shorter than the dimension I gave. Rather than send back, I unscrewed the holders and red crewed them in 1/4 inch shorter and the blind went in w/o further issue. So it is good now. I would just say to whomever is cutting blinds for customer is use the dimensions given to you.
This is the second time I have received a blind broken during shipment
