We have a house in which almost all the windows face west and get a ton of sun if the afternoon. Over the past five years I've been slowly purchasing Deluxe Solar Shades for each window. With one exception, I've been extremely pleased with the product and the service. One shade I ordered was too narrow (even though I supplied them with exact measurements to an 1/8th of an inch). They told me they guarantee an 1/8th inch over/under what you request when they make the shades and would not replace it. That was very unfortunately, especially when they state they guarantee their product for a perfect fit. I had to use a bunch of washers to make it work. It's still not quite right.
This is the second purchase of blinds through Blindster. The quality of the blinds is lower then the first set. The valance is now attached with clips that easily break and there were no instructions on how to attach the valance with the clips. The older blinds had the valance attach with magnets. Also, the drawstrings were more robust on the earlier set. The first order had some issues that I addressed with Customer Service and they responded very quickly and I give high marks for that.
Needed some additional plastic outside mount spacers. They answered the phone on a Friday night and I had them at my door in several days. The blinds go up easy. For an outside mount I would not increase the height by 3-4 inches or more as suggested but probably 2-3 based on my experience. Overall, great value. I will go back.

I bought a vertical blind for my slider door, a cellular for my kitchen window and a roller blind for my front bed room on 3 different orders and each worked perfectly as designed. Price was very reasonable. I would use Blindster.com anytime.

I ordered two blinds, one an inside the frame mount and the other an outside mount. Came with good instructions and were easy to install. Work great and look great.
After meeting with local companies on site at my newly constructed house I decided to go on line and find the same blinds with the quality and more affordable price... I have 42 Windows! I spent over a year researching on line companies, getting samples. By far Blindster was one of the best!

I was hesitant to order vertical blinds online wondering if I would measure correctly and how the color would look in my living room, but I did and they turned out wonderful. Love them! I had to wait a little longer because of material backorder, Blindster gave me the option to cancel or order something different, I decided to wait and so glad I did. Roman shades were quite wrinkled when we received them and wer're just ok with the way they look.

I'm sorry you aren't completely happy with your order.
Roman shades are made of natural fabrics like cotton & polyester. The factory has a packing system that most of the time keeps the shades from getting overly wrinkled. However, there will always be some wrinkling when shipping fabric products. You can steam the shades, iron them or using one of the spray products (in the laundry section of your store) that will release the wrinkles.
Of course, there is acceptable wrinkling and unacceptable wrinkling (when a shade is not packaged properly). I will call you directly to discuss your shades.
