We monitor reviews for authenticity
We were very pleased when Customer Service Rep Daniel told us our 5 remakes would receive "rush" status, and we received 4 of them in a timely manner. The 5th one, which was due to a Blindster manufacturing flaw, however, didn't show up in over a month, so I emailed for an explanation. A different CSR (Cindy) researched the order and found out it had not even been placed. I am also pleased that I didn't have to return the flawed blinds but could donate them to a charity. We are donating them to Habitat for Humanity.
Very easy to order. They came unscathed very shortly after that. Was missing a few brackets which they quickly sent over.
Would consider again if we ever have bare windows.

The shutters are beautiful and fit perfectly, but I think it would be wise for you to tell people who order them that they should be pretty good handymen if they want to install them themselves.

I had a slight issue with one of the slats on one of the six blinds I ordered. Without question they sent a replacement. Quality was exactly as expected. I Will use them again and recommend them to my friends.
This place is the Best. I miss measured one of the blinds I ordered, my mistake, totally not their fault. They made me a new blind for almost nothing. They will have repeat business from me. The blinds look amazing too.

This is my first time with Blindster. When I got my blinds in stead of my size I ordered a much smaller size came instead. I promptly called and the lady I talked to was so kind yet indignant that the wrong size was sent to me. She got things immediately going and she was so nice and professional. Before I even got the right size I had already decided that when I need anything else like this I will be ordering again because the integrity of customer service is very important in this company.

The cellular blackout shades I ordered are wonderful. They are extremely effective in keeping out the light. They are very well constructed and the cordless feature on two of the shades I purchased works perfectly. The final shade was very long, so I went with a loop designed pull which works very smoothly.
My only disappointment was in the extender mounting brackets, which in the directions, shows that the extenders have scores which allow for adjusting their size by snapping the bracket at the score. The brackets I received had no scores and were too long for my use. I called Customer Service, explained my issue, sent pictures of the brackets I received as well as the installation instructions. Over a week later, I received a package of replacement brackets. They were exactly the same scoreless brackets as those I originally sent to me. I made do with an other mounting design. I did pay for these mounts and both sets sent were useless to me.
Do not hesitate to purchase these shades, just purchase alternate brackets, if you need them.
Having no experience with window coverings, she made it all seem very easy. We are happy with our blinds that we easily just installed.

I could have used a little help putting them up. But not bad at all. I already had mini blinds up but they were so old I could no longer clean them. Perfect fit in width and length. I would recommend this company to anyone. Oh I should not have gotten the same color. No one has noticed.

Overall good experience. We ordered multiple blinds and each one seemed to come with a different amount of screws and supports. Not sure why that happened but we got them all put up.
