I purchased Blindster wood blinds for Kitchen and laundry, and cellular shades for
3 bathrooms. The blinds are lightweight and easy to raise and lower, color is mocha and such a warm tone, perfect match to my kitchen. The cellular shades block light and heat, raise and lower with no cords... I love them! I followed Blindster's instructions for measuring and all fit perfectly. You can't beat the quality and the price!
Quality was less than expected for the price. Originally came with no hardware & had to call a second time for the valance end pieces.
My wife and I were so happy with our recent order, i would prefer this company to anybody and everybody thanks Blindster you made my home look more beautiful and with coupon u can't go wrong look forward to my next order in the coming weeks and customer service was great.

Great customer service they stand behind their products
After checking other sites I selected Blindster.com. I ordered several sample fabrics which arrived promptly and this took the guesswork out of which fabric to order. The order process was easy thanks to helpful, detailed info on the website. The price was very reasonable and the order was shipped and received on time. Installation was made easy, again, by the excellent website instructions. From now on all our blinds will be ordered from Blindster.com!
Service on the phone with the ordering process was fabulous! The call I made during installation was perfectly handled AND followed up on which was not required but THOUGHTFUL as well.

My name is Ryan, I ordered my initial blinds for my home approximately 3 years ago. One of the window blinds sale. The blinds were so inexpensively priced but I thought no big deal! 3 years later I decided to order two or three more blinds including the one that failed as a reorder. I noted as I ordered this repeat that it had failed. However, I did not contact a salesperson or customer service to complain. I'm a business owner and I assume that occasionally something doesn't go right it's not the biggest eel in the world and I was happy with the product overall. I was contacted almost immediately by one of the representatives at blindster. He asked me to send them a few pictures so that they could recognize the issue officially and then sent me out a brand new pair of blinds to replace the ones that have failed. There was never any complaints only an apologetic conversation and they hoped that I would continue to use them in the future. I absolutely will and I am very thankful for companies out there that still understand the importance of customer service! I will be a client of theirs for as long as they are in business:-) I assume that will be for some time!

Ordered the blinds and arrived on time and good quality material!
I inverted numbers in my blinds and they didn't fit. They replaced with no fuss and just charged a small but honest shipping fee.
This is second order. The customer experience was compelling.
Product delivered and I installed--had a problem with vertical blinds and called to get repair kit for broken blinds which I have received and installed. Other than that everything else was fine.
When ordering the blinds the first rep I talked to I don't believe understood how to measure or she was not able to communicate how to measure properly. She transferred me to another rep who was able to describe to me how to measure that I was able to understand.
Although our customer service rep, Cindy is top notch, dissatisfied with the blinds. I have ordered and hung blinds for over 30 years and the blinds we ordered were cut either too short if the valances were not right. Customer service did their best to make corrections. Will not order from this company again. Too many errors.
I'm sorry you had a problem with your order.
It looks like we have already sent you valances with returns as you requested. Inside mount blinds usually come with flat valances that are made 1/8" less than the ordered width (so they will just fit inside the window). This didn't work for you because you didn't have the full 3" needed to mount your blinds fully inside the window opening and the top of your window was wider than the ordered width. Because we ask you to order your blinds using the smallest width measurement (top, middle & bottom), this sometimes results in the flat valances being too short.
We also don't expect our customers to be window covering experts (although it appears you have a great deal of experience). Therefore, we normally remake the valances as needed when one or both of these issues occur.

Ordering, pricing, delivery and installation was easy and simple.
Not as good a value since the recent price increase. "Free shipping" but irritating "handling fee" added to order.
As the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for", well in this case I feel I got quite a bit more than I paid for and the turn around was very quick. I am re-doing all the blinds in my home and I won't be using anyone but Blindster.
