Plantation Shutter House

My wife has wanted plantation shutters and when she contacted local stores and got quotes I stated there is no way am spending that kind of money. I started investigating on the internet and found Blindster and decided that when I retired I could do the installation so I have finished four rooms so far. Great quality and customer services.

Some Instructions Would Be Nice

No basic instructions were included with my items and I wound up with several unused parts left in the box. The blinds are of good quality and a lot cheaper than what I could have ordered from a local store but the complete lack of any basic instructions diminishes the value. They're good and cheap, but that's the best I can say.

Amazing company

My experience really was amazing! Both ladies that I spoke to (Karen, who helped me place my order) and (Cindy, who helped me straighten out a problem) were extremely pleasant and helpful. My wood blinds are beautiful and dealing with Blindster was great.
I wish other companies would have the ethics and product quality that Blindster offers to the costumer. I will buy from them again and recommend them to my children and my friends.

Received the blinds without any issues although I received the binds in less than a week and they didn't send me the tracking # till a week after I received the blinds. They were sitting on our front porch for a couple days before I noticed them.

Exellent product and service

Ordered 2 shades. They arrived in about 8 days. Email said 8 to 10 days. Opened them and OPPS the shade diminution were reversed. Emailed Co about problem they asked for pictures of error. About 2 days later they asked for a picture of shipping label with the dimensions of the product that I should have received. As I went to get the shipping box for the picture I found that the correct shades had been delivered. They were as I had ordered and. My wife and I are very happy with them.

Outdoor blind

It took a couple of weeks to get someone to help me install it. It is very nice. We can sit out on the porch and lower the shade and block the afternoon sun while drinking our wine. Very nice. Only thing is how to raise the shade a little higher.

Small mistake causing hard to remove fingerprints on fabric header. Because I had to take them off more than once also bent some of the shades.

Their instructions for measuring is error proof. Customer service is 100%! I had to call because 2 of mine were too short in width (their mistake) but as soon as I sent pictures, I got a call that they were sending out 2 blinds. I still need to order 6 more blinds to complete my windows and can rest assure that if I have any issues, they will make it right to my satisfaction.

Website was extremely easy to navigate. I was able to find the blinds in the color, and price I needed. I measured exactly as they indicated to. Everything arrived faster than anticipated, packing was superior - everything was protected, all parts were included and the ones needed. The blinds fit nicely. I am very impressed and will definitely recommend Blindster to my friends. I just purchased another home and will be using Blindster for my window coverings.

Two for two

Bought two light blocking shades. Fast deliver and shades fit well. Both had "cells" that separated and now let in a lot of light. Only had them for a week.

UPDATE - customer service was good about providing replacements with minimal hassle. Only had the replacements for a day... will update again if there are any issues. Adding an extra star (was 2 stars) due to the good customer service. Will up to 4 starts once the binds are up over a week.

I'm sorry you had a problem with the cells separating. Cell separation is a very rare occurrence. I show that the factory is sending you new shades as soon as possible.
