I was nervous about ordering and measuring blinds without seeing them in person first. I had many conversations with customer service before ordering and explained exactly what I wanted and how the blinds would look at the window. Everything came out perfect and very happy with how the blinds look. By the way, I'm very handy and somewhat of a perfectionist. I will definitely order more blinds from these great folks!
We received the blinds exactly as ordered. They fit perfectly and once we figured some things out, they all were installed without difficulty. I do wish there had be more detailed instructions for some of the small stuff. But we managed to eventually figure it all out. First blind took 2 hours of reading the instructions, deciphering diagrams and just winging it with a couple of items. After that, it took less than 20 minutes to install each of the remaining blinds.
Very pleased with this product. Quality is better than expected and the color is perfect.
Followed the online guidance for measuring the windows, ordered the blinds (nine total) and performed the installation. A set of brackets were missing from the order but I contacted Blindster.com and they expressed mailed the brackets to me immediately. I will surely buy from Blindster, com again.

After making the rounds at the big box home improvement stores and 3-day blinds, and not liking the prices nor the lack of service, I heard a radio ad for blindster.com.
Blindster was having a 30% off sale that was almost over, so when I called them I explained that I had ordered samples and was in the midst of measuring each of my 24 windows and was worried that I wouldn't be able to get my samples in time to place my order before the sale ended.
Kim at Blindster was very helpful by saying I could place my order with instructions to hold it until I had decided which colors I wanted. Carla also from Blindster followed up by phone a few times to make sure any questions I had were answered. My shades arrived as expected and I've been very happy with them.
My friend was so impressed with my experience that he ordered shades for his home too.
Always quality blinds at a great price. The blinds are always cut perfect to fit right.
Have not hung blinds yet. Going to order some more and Hong all at once.
1 of 3 shades came in with manufacturing defects. I called and they said it must be in shipping but the box was not damaged and one of the two flaws was the blackout covering was missing a small area that I have trouble believing it was shipping.
However, they sent another one without a fuss that was flawless and the room is now dark for my little guy.
My blinds where to be delivered to my work. As it happened they were to be delivered on Saturday and your people change it to my home fro Sat. They fit perfectly and look great! Thankyou.

Their online site was well constructed and made navigating around to find what I was looking for quite easy. Selection of fabrics, colors and sizes was ample. Not too few and not too many to make a decision overwhelming. Product was easy to install and fit perfectly. The quality of the product was excellent. Well-made. I would definitely recommend this site for window treatments. Definitely returning when I decide what to do in the other rooms.
