We placed our order, received verification and recieved the blinds. They were all the correct size, were as described on the site. They installed with no problem. The windows are covered, the blinds work. What more could I want? Only problem was when after the fact I received a notice that the blinds were being shipoed, This was after they were installed! After some puzzlement, I checked the shipment tracking and found the notice had been belatedly sent. Whew! I didn't have a duplicate order to worry about. Maybe they can fitch this software glitch.

Website is very easy to use and ordering was easy. Installation was not too bad. We ordered a custom size shade. The edges of the shade where it was cut are not smooth. They are frayed. Little strings or pieces. Otherwise happy. Not sure if that is the quality on all shades or just ours.

I tried to order from just blinds but for some reason they would not accept my debit card and I gave up and went to your site ordered blinds got a confermation a few days later the blinds came and were perfect. Could not be better. But then the next day more blinds were delivered from just blinds what a mess. I think I will only deal with the blindster from now on!
