Except for getting the wrong mounting brackets with the original order, I am very satisfied with the product. The correct brackets were shipped quickly.
I like the blinds but one of my rolls began to lose its spring. I talked to customer service and they got me all the info I needed to make them with better again. Happy with my experience.

I received my shades within 2 weeks and they installed very easily!
We received our order before schedule. The blinds were better quality than we expected and when one of the blinds was missing a tassel they shipped one out the same day. Highly recommended.
I had some problems with my order. If your measurements end on a half, like 26.5" Customers should be advised to round up instead of down. The company cuts a 1/2" off of whatever measurements you provide. I would have preferred to have my inside cut blinds to be a little wider, but they will work ok. Customer service worked with me to provide mitred valances to help cover the exposed metal tops. Thanks again!
The "clutch" feature is ugly and unnecessary.
Have verticals from do-it-yourself stores that allow the chain controllers for turning to hang without a loop, much better.
The continues cord for pulling the blinds open just goes through a loop (no clutch). Much better looking and much less controlling.
On top of that the seller provided the wrong tracking number which had the wrong delivery date and wrong number of packages
Unfortunately this is identical to what was sent by the other mail order blind company...
Everything was absolutely perfect with the products. They were sized correctly and the quality was excellent. I wil certainly recommend this supplier to anyone looking for good window products. I plan to deal with this company in the future.

Shades were what we ordered came quickly and were easy to instal.
Had all new windows installed and wanted to upgrade blinds as well. Previously had faux wood blinds so was very familiar with prices and installation. Blindster was much less per blind than what we paid before and was as good or better than what we had before. Very pleased with ordering process and quick shipping once the embossed was in stock! Will order another for 1 window that we did not get before
These blinds are high quality and were easy to install by myself. They completely block out light when pulled up, allow light when down or you can pull the entire blind up for no coverage. Great for an East facing window when you want to sleep in!

I ordered solar blinds for our mid-century modern house. It has nonstandard Windows (ceiling to floor, different widths). The instructions were simple and clear. The blinds do just what I wanted----they block out the morning sun. They look great, too. We will get similar blinds for the other rooms.
WE HAD JUST BOUGHT NEW HONEYCOMB BLINDS FROM A COMPANY. THE BLINDS WERE THE WORSE BLINDS WE HAD EVER BOUGHT. THEY MEASURED THEM WRONG, THE STRINGS FELL APART IN OUR HANDS, WOULD NOT STAY UP, ETC! A NIGHTMARE.
THEN, WE HEARD ABOUT BLINDSTER ON THE RADIO! THEY GIVE THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE BLINDS ARE BEAUTIFUL! THE BLINDS ARE WELL MADE AND FIT NICELY INTO THE WINDOWS. A COUPLE OF BLINDS WE REORDERED AS WE FELT THEY COULD FIT TIGHTER. BLINDSTER SEND US 2 FREE BLINDS. AND, YES, I MEAN FREE. AND, THE PRICE? LET'S TALK ABOUT THAT! THE OTHER BLIND CO. COULD NOT HOLD A CANDLE TO THEIR BLIND PRICE! BLINDSTER NOT ONLY HAD A GREAT PRICE, BUT THEY SHIPPED THEM FAST AND THEIR PACKING WAS LOVELY. EACH TIME WE HAD TO CALL BLINDSTER THEY HAD SUCH NICE PEOPLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND WALKED US THROUGH EVERY STEP! WE WILL CONTINUE ONLY TO BUY FROM BLINDSTER! WE ALREADY HAVE MENTIONED BLINDSTER TO A FRIEND WHO NEEDS BLINDS! OH, THIS IS THE BEST DEAL GOING! I HOPE BLINDSTER IS HERE FOREVER! I'm sorry you aren't happy with your blinds.
Our vertical blinds should not have a clutch that is visible. It is enclosed inside the headrail. Please send me photos of the headrail so that I can see what you received. We will get this remedied as soon as possible.
