We changed all our window shades from traditional slated type to cellular shades. After ordering first set as we were not familiar with Blinderster, we were very impressed with ease of ordering and customer service was great with a few basic questions I had. Shades were delivered promptly after being notified they were being shipped. Shades fit exactly as we measured and installation was easy. We since have ordered 7 additional shades in various sizes. I had a wonderful experience using blister.com. I love my cellular shades. They came in 2 weeks as promised. They were easy to install. The quality is excellent. I accidentally ordered a extra shade but caught my mistake on their follow up email to me. I called the next day and the mistake was fixed. Blindster promptly refunded my credit card. I plan to order from them again.
I had a three on one blind made and the first one I received had a problem with the right blind. I called their customer service # and spoke to a very sweet lady with a southern accent. She was bound and determined to make it right, and put me on hold for a moment. When she returned she informed me they would be sending me a complete blind replacement! I received the replacement in a week or so and had no further problems. Talk about a hassle free experience! Thank you so much Blindster. I will use this company again in a minute and refer my friends as well. Excellent service.
Arrived in great condition and the blinds are beautiful!
I have only had the blinds for less than a month so these are our first impressions. We ordered the 3/8" Double Cell, Light Filtering, Cordless, Premium Shades.
Get the samples before you order. The ones we ordered were much lighter than they look on the computer.
Blinds appear to be good quality compared to others I have seen. Installation is easy enough.
The only thing I didn't like is the little plastic handle that snaps on. It doesn't fit the bottom rail properly and looks awkward. It appears to be functional but will not fully snap on.
We needed to order extra blinds to complete our room that were discontinued. They went the extra mile without a problem and recreated the blinds that we needed. We were very impressed with them and how we were treated. I would use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

After completing a very easy installation, I noticed some broken threads on one set of blinds, I called Blindster and left a message. I received a return phone call within the hour. I explained my problem, they asked me to take a picture and send it to them. I sent the picture and within a very short time had an e-mail saying a new set was on the way! Done, problem solved. I am very pleased and will be ordering from Blindster again very soon.
