Needing blinds for a new house, we went to Blindster.Com. Without ordering samples or any further investigation, we ordered 2-1/2" wood blinds for the entire house. We merely measured the windows and gave Blindster's rep the measurements. In about 10 days the blinds arrived. They were installed in 15 windows in a couple of hours. We couldn't be more satisfied.
Sent my measurements, blinds arrived in five days. Perfect fit, and exact length. If you ever have tried to shorten blinds before. It is a tedious process, and you need a lot of patients. (not something I've been blessed with) Blindster's price beat all the box stores. Hang em and its done.

Though budget minded, we wanted something more elegant than what is available locally at stores like Target, Home Depot, etc...(and we wanted cordless for child safety reasons) we got it here and are very satisfied. Installation was thankfully easy. We will buy from this vendor again in the future for the next house.
Very happy with the rollup blind for a small bathroom window. The measurement instructions on the website were very helpful. Installation was easy. Like the nice metal chain. I did not have enough space for the chain holder but did not need it because the chain does not twist together like a string does. Very pleased with it.
All three came with just seven mounting screws instead of the eight that are designed. There were no mounting clips for the side valance pieces
I was very nervous about making this purchase online, but the blinds are gorgeous and fit my windows perfectly.
There are just two recommendations: the tabs that hold the blind unit to the valance should be made of a higher-quality plastic (I was afraid of breaking them during the maneuver of connecting them). Also, it would be nice if the valance could be measured separately. I would have like to have had the valance slightly wider than the blinds.
Besides that, I am very pleased with all three blind units.
These were easy to order online. Our three sets of blinds arrived promptly.

Sent measurements in as directed, blinds delivered as promised and with quality fabric and design construction.
Must admit that my order was significant. Had 5 sliders/windows wider than 92" along with other blinds.
It took two weeks before the blinds were done, then they were mailed which took another 4 days. Also, need to mention that Blindster charges $75/order for blinds wider than 82".
So, if you use Blindster.com, plan accordingly.
Customer service was nice enough although throughout the process, at one point they were not able to specifically indicate where in the process my blinds were.
The order of about 36 blinds was exactly right. A few imperfections in 4 of the blinds was immediately taken care of with new shipment of those 4 blinds at no cost to me. Plus they replaced some valances that I measured incorrectly at no cost. Very satisfied!
It was easy to order the blinds, order was filled promptly, exactly as indicated. Unfortunately, there was one small error... that is noticeable... but not enough to return the item. The error was where the cut out is for the string to go through. The cut out was an extra one (between) the regular ones. So it is noticeable when fully extended.
It is a small error, surprised it wasn't picked up during the audit stage before it is sent out.
I placed my order but was then contacted and encouraged to look at samples which were sent express mail. This follow up by Blindster was appreciated as it made me feel more confident that my choice was what I wanted.
I ordered premium faux wood blinds- 2"- quality was excellent and installation was simple. One of the blinds had the tilt lever on the wrong side- Blindster quickly responded by authorizing a replacement. My customer service agent was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient- a finished blind was received in only one week. True colors come out in a crisis and Blindster certainly proved themselves to be a great vendor on this one.
My wife and just completed an extensive renovation of our bar, Twisted Rail Tavern, and we need shades for the front windows. Blindster.com had the style and size we needed. I ordered the shades in a color that matched our interior color and they arrived when Blindster said they would. My only complaint is that one of the shades was about an inch short and the roller mechanism is jerky. Hopefully it will smooth out with use.
I ordered several samples. Chose one material for bamboo blinds for our cabin.
The look is fantastic. Order came promptly and all were installed by us within just a few hours.
When I received our blinds, they came with the wrong mounting brackets. Blindster quickly responded to my email, and sent the correct brackets. Aside from this minor hassle, I enjoyed my shopping experience. The blinds are of excellent quality, and were easy to install.
Our blinds look great and installed easily and quickly. Once I installed the first blind the others went up very quickly. I had few questions about how to properly measure my outside mounting blinds and the customer service guy was a big help. Would certainly recommend.
It took longer than I thought to get all the blinds but that's ok. The bamboo I bought were more see through than I thought but that's my fault for not getting sample ahead of time

I'm sorry you had missing parts on your order!
The brackets for this product are actually designed to only need 2 screws. The additional holes are so that you can position the screws in a variety of way depending on your particular window.
The returns (side valance pieces) are attached with a L clip that fits in the channel on the back of the valance. I'm sorry these were missing and will get them sent out right away.
