The blinds are good quality. It seems the measurements submitted are adjust a bit too much to allow clearance from the window frame as of the 5 I ordered all of them are just a bit too narrow for the window. My only other not 100% satisfaction is probably just a difference of description. I thought I was ordering a color that is light blue but actually turned out very pale with a mint tint. When they are all the way open they look mint green when partially open, scrunched together they do have more of a blue hue.
Ordered on line, received about 2 weeks later and everything was perfect.

I ordered two sets of vertical blinds at a price quite a bit lower than three home improvement stores offered. They arrived when promised and were well packaged so that no damage was noted when they were opened. They fit well and appear to be sturdy enough to last a long time.
Blindster was great to work with. Order was delivered on time, exactly what I asked for and fit perfect in my windows. Absolutely love the blinds I ordered. Will definately order from them again.
The only concern I had was that my shipment arrived a few later than expected.
Had a large orders the blinds just weren't made with any attention to detail. Customer service has been beyond outstanding and they have quickly resolved all my issues. Did receive one set of blinds that were immaculate so wondering what the issue could have been?
I purchased 9 blinds for our new house. Both cellular and faux wood blinds. The quality of the products were great. They fit on my windows perfectly and they arrived within a reasonable time. I would purchase from them again.
The three wide blind I bought was delivered with to large dens in the head piece. It was replaced with no questions asked. Took another two weeks to get a good one, but the lack of hassle was refreshing.
Thought these shades were the same ones that I got with my last order. I ordered room darkening shades. They are not blocking out much light at all.

You actually didn't order the exact same shades as you did on your first order. However, both types of shades are considered to be light filtering, not room darkening or blackout.

We moved in to a new home and we decided to put blinds on all of our windows. Due to cost, we decided to do a few windows at a time. We made three orders with Blindster and each one came fast and accurate. Plus, you cant beat the price.
I've ordered 6 mini blinds (4 different sizes) from Blindster, and they were all exactly the sizes I ordered, they arrived well within the promised delivery window, and the prices were great. I'm extremely satisfied.
Wish the blinds had a stick to turn the blinds instead of the pull cords. When the blinds are open fully, they tend to lean either in or out, not level.
Customer service is top notch. Easy to contact and quick response. Blinds are good, not great. A little flimsy (droop in the middle) and difficult to close (pull to the left is too tight) but for the price they look nice, esp when closed.
