This was very easy to do start to finish. Just measure your window and pick your style of blinds and order. Took about two weeks to get them. Installed 2 of them in less than an hour. All you need is a drill.
I ordered two blinds which came. I removed the old shade and brackets and installed the new ones. Problem, the new brackets were the wrong size. I had to take down the new brackets install the old ones and the old shade.In the mean time I ordered another shade for a different area. I called about the wrong brackets and was assured the new ones would come in two days. I also told the rep that I had ordered another shade and she said she would have 6 brackets sent out. I waited a week and only two brackets came. Sure enough the 3rd shade came in with the wrong brackets again and I had to wait another week for the new ones to come. Poor

I have reviewed your order with the factory and asked them to take corrective measures. There is no excuse for orders arriving with the wrong brackets. Thank you for your patience.
The blinds arrived on time, fit my window perfectly, and were easy to install. The color was a bit off - the actual product was much lighter than in the photo. My only complaint is the price point; these blinds are made of bamboo, which is a cheap and plentiful material. I found some blinds of the same width on another site with a slightly shorter (but acceptable) length and constructed identically, for half the price - and they actually look better than the blinds I purchased here.
