I purchased two roller shades with the pull chain to replace two worn out shades with springs. I provided measurements of my old shades to the customer service rep. What I didn't know or anticipate was that the hardware used on the pull chain chain shade makes the shade slightly wider. I had to make some adjustments which made installation a little longer and more involved than I thought. Overall, though, I love the new shades and the pull chain makes for more precise shade levels and ease of operation. My only suggestion is that your customer reps have a little more training on explaining the allowance needed to install the pull chain versus the spring roller shade when doing a straight replacement. It is different.
We were replacing the blinds in a couple of bedrooms. I researched prices all over the internet. I had previously ordered from another company, but this time I was unhappy with the price. I checked out Blindster and with the 30% Rush discount, I was very pleased with the price. I received emails keeping me informed about the progress of my order. The blinds arrived about 2 weeks later and I couldn't be more pleased. Quality construction and easy to install. I especially like that the valance hangs with magnets instead of the old easily broken plastic brackets.

Unhappy with my decision to order the divided faux wood shutter, and still not sure what I will finally do but all my contacts with the people I've dealt with have been so helpful, especially James. I will be ordering five more shutters within the next few months. They will not have the divider board in the center!
