One plastic blind holder was broken, one separate blind was missing (supposed to be two and only got one) and the metal hook on the blind was crimped so tight that I could not open it enough to properly install the plastic rod. If I had tried any harder, I would have broken it and then the whole thing would have been wrecked. Needless to say... I am done with Blindster
When the blinds arrived the brackets were the wrong size. New brackets were shipped and arrived about two weeks later. One set of blinds snapped right into place the other, not so much.
I'm sorry you had a problem with the wrong brackets. I will address this with the factory right away. I will also contact you to see what else we need to do to get this resolved.
Wife wanted to go to the local Lowe's - I wanted to try out Blindster.com after hearing their ads on a couple of my favorite talk shows. She agreed to give them a shot. Measured, went for cordless mini blinds, called in order - very helpful in folks. They came much quicker than expected. Installation went well until I broke one of the brackets ( not lined up right - put on too much pressure). I called for a replacement - "No problem sir.". Couple days later it arrived - no cost at all. Put it up and I'm done. Very pleased with how the cordless blinds operate.
One of the 5 roman shades I ordered had no holes drilled in the top. Another had a cut cord, which I painstakingly tied and glued back together-still has a hard time going thru the rings. I can't swear that my installer might have been responsible for that, though
It was easy to order blinds on line. I am very satisfied with my purchase. The color was perfect. All the blinds fit in my windows perfectly. My husband installed them with no problems. The only problem was that the one of the blinds in my bay window had an extra ladder in it so it did not match the other one, but after talking with a company rep., I think the ladder can be remove without doing any damage to the blind since it is only 23 inches wide. I would definitely recommend Blindster to friends and family. Prices were good compared to other places I had shopped.
I love how quickly product arrived. Product was relatively easy to install. Frustration when instructions came in only 1 of 3 boxes, and when tilt adjusters for 3 sets of blinds was in one of the 3 boxes. Thought there was something missing until that last box. Otherwise good quality product.
My blind arrived promptly. It was easy to install. But the blinds wouldn't rotate.
I contacted Blindster and they immediatly offered to send another new blind at no cost.
Eventualy, I managed to play with the blind and got it to work. So I cancelled the replacement.
This company is the absolute best company to deal with. Their prices are sooo much better than the competition. The quality is excellent. Will only deal with them in the future!
I received a damaged blind. Blindster replaced it immediately. I have ordered since that order and have again been pleased with my order. I look forward to ordering again soon.
I don't think you can beat the price on these lovely faux wood blinds. They made measuring and ordering super easy. I will definitely use Blindster.com again in the future!

My experience with Blindster was 100% positive. The blinds arrived cut to the exact width, they were very easy to install, and they look great!
I was so happy with the simplicity of the ordering process and how throughly the customer service team went through our order before sending it to manufacturing. Even going as far to clarify a few details whereas most companies would have just overlooked it. Also, when our order was missing a couple pull downs for our cellular blinds, the team was so great in sending the correct parts quickly. Will for sure be ordering again and recommending to friends.
I ordered 7 blinds and when they arrived one did not fit due to an error that I made measuring. A second blind had a flaw with the tilt mechanism. Both blinds were promptly replaced and both were fine. I only had to pay the $15 shipping fee for the one that I gave incorrect measurements.
We purchased both horizontal and vertical blinds. The first set of blinds came with damaged vertical slats. Blindster was very good about replacing them which came and nothing was damaged. I wasn't that impressed with the quality of the vertical blinds. However we were happy with the horizontal blinds. The customer service was very good at solving our problem and I was very pleased with that.
Ordering was easy, received in short time. Easy to install. Good quality.

I'm sorry you had a problem with your order. It sounds like the blinds were damaged in shipping. I will contact you directly to get this resolved and to get the order number for the second blind. The order you referenced only had 1 blind ordered.
