Took a little longer to get my blind than I would have liked but I'm satisfied with the blind itself.

The blinds were what I ordered. They were the correct size. I like the bottom up and top down. Plus they were a good buy.
Product quality seems pretty good - order fulfillment process not so much. First got 3 out of 7 blinds, with no mounting hardware. After asking where rest of order was, was sent the remaining 4 blinds (with no explanation of what happened), but was still short mounting hardware for the first 3 blinds. After another e-mail, received mounting hardware. Never got the little cord ties for the 3 blinds, but not sure I have the energy to pursue this further.

The blinds arrived quickly and in great condition. I don't know why I didn't make this change to my kitchen sooner. They look great.
I purchased a bamboo shade for my bathroom. It fit perfectly, was well made, a true color and nice price! That about covers it :)
My hubby heard about blindster.com on talk radio ( Rush) and we ordered 5 blinds for our new home. Great quality. Packaging was great. The fit was perfect. They look very expensive. I highly recommend.
LOOKS GREAT! I'M HAPPY W/THE APPEARANCE. During installation of valance, the directions for installing the returns were unclear. The clips holding the valance to the top became loose & we found the valance on the floor. This required gorilla tape in order to keep the valance stable on the top... The slot at the top of the vains break easily, & you sent reinforcements - they work. Care must taken to open/close blinds particularly in rotation of the vains. Overall, the blinds are a good value & we are pleased.
We love our blinds and plan on ordering more for our bedroom. We loved being able to choose ten free samples, although it made the decision tougher because we liked all of them. My husband said they were easy to install. We'll definitely choose Blindster again! Thank you for a great product.
Love the plantation blinds we ordered. They arrived in a timelu manner and we're not difficult to install. I was particularly impressed by customer service calling prior to ordering the blinds to double check our measurements and to make sure that we understood what the installation required. We will definitely be ordering additional blinds from them again in the future.

I measured and ordered on my own. The blinds were very easy to install. Blindster did an outstanding job and I will use them again!
I ordered my blinds and in less that the time expected, they arrived. My husband and I put them up, no problem. The only suggestion that I can give is, that the balance was shorter that the blinds and it looks cheap. We had to put curtains in our room because the balance looked to small for the window. Just add an inch to the balance and problem solved.
