I'm This is the second time I have ordered blinds from Blindster. All of my blinds came earlier than expected and in perfect order. I will definitely use them again. I have already told friends about them.
Blinds were perfect sizes and seem to be good quality. Only issue was there was no rhyme or reason as to the hardware supplied.

This is the second time I've ordered blinds. Both times the blinds were excellent. The quality is better than box store blinds and the price is less.

The ordering, shipping, and billing were all terrific. My set of blinds missed a QC check and need to be replaced. I also discovered I'm not a fan of cordless blinds. The replacement process seems to be going smoothly, but is still ongoing.
Out of 6 roller shades, the mounting clip was put on upside down on 2 of them. We did not risk breaking them to mount them correctly, so they are mounted with the cord twisted.
Also, Chris who put in my order *******, or a breach in your system, MIGHT have been the cause of my Discover card being hacked. It had only 3 charges on it and 2 of them were from my supermarket where I scan the card. The card has never been out of my sight. Discover caught on to fraudulent charge #3 and blocked the online charges using it.
Got what I wanted at a discount and faster then the local home improvement store.
My new Roman shades are perfect. The gray silky fabric is beautiful and luxe, they operate smoothly, and look fabulous. I went through three separate sample orders before I could decide, and customer service was very helpful. They arrived packaged very well, and were simple to install. All in all a great experience, very unusual these days. (It is a shame everything we buy can't be made in America with this level of quality, attention to detail, and good service.). I will certainly be a repeat customer if I ever need blinds again. Their measuring videos were helpful too. And I thought the price was fair for such good quality. I got the total blackout liner.
Ordering is easy, but that's the only thing that went right. After waiting three weeks l, the order arrived... wrong. Had to call customer service, send photos, and follow up to get what I wanted made. While waiting another three weeks for the replacements, my credit card number was stolen and used throughout the east coast. I had no idea how the crooks stole my cc info until I read others that ordered on Blindster had similar issues. Not good. Overall the blinds appear well made and fit nicely. Now if they could only get their act together with everything else...
Arrived as expected, perfect fit, easy to install, awesome quality, a fraction of the price I was quoted for similar "custom" blinds. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

One of the best parts was the customer service provided by Kim. She was prompt, "went beyond" & solved every problem. She was great.
We bought 9 woven bamboo shades and 3 of them would not stay up, the cord lock will not lock so they fall right back down. We contacted Blindster and they replaced them, but the next set did the same thing. We contacted them again and they replaced them again but the next set has the same lock and does the same thing, so we still have blinds that we cannot raise.
I ordered the first window with the measurements I took. When I received it it was a little tight. So for the other windows I added a eighth of an inch. Now they're easier to roll. It's a good price and I like what we got. A pretty hem.
