I have emailed twice about trying to return/exchange blinds and have not received any reply. Very frustrating.
Initially I ordered several samples of the faux wood blinds. The samples came quickly and I was able to choose just the right style. The measuring instructions online where great and easy to follow.
I ended up ordering several different sizes, and my order was delivered quickly and packaged very well.
The blinds were installed quite easily and fit perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with Blindster!
I'm a little disappointed in my blinds. The cellular fabric is very nice. The handles are a VERY poor design though and don't really work. I'm also disappointed in the internal mechanism. They are hard to pull down and louder than other shades I've seen. My mom commented on the noise they make. Between the poor handle design and being hard to pull down it's frustrating. I've thought about videoing them being pulled down and sending it to the company.

The blinds came late but they gave us some money back to compensate for the late arrival. They were easy to put up and they look clean and simple, which is what I love. Makes the rooms look bigger.

I already have ordered two perfect fitting blinds from Blindster a few weeks ago. This was my second order, this time for an outside mount, which I was a little unsure of my measurements. I contacted customer service and Kelleyrepkied promptly to my question and got my order straightened out. I thought I was dealing with a big online retailer, but really it felt like dealing with a small business that still cares about customer service. If it weren't for Kelley, my order would've been wrong. Very impressed in the level of service.

Very Satisfied. I had purchased one blind (2' faux wood) for our upstairs bedroom about a year ago as a test run to see how Blindster.com worked. That experience was great. Got the samples, picked the one we wanted, called back and ordered, everything went great. Happy with the quality. Our shades are 42 inched wide and we ordered the cordless, not sure I'd do that again. Somewhat difficult when raising them to keep them level.

Credit card charged two weeks before I received blind. Blind arrived incomplete, missing tilt wand. I was told it would take ten more days before my part would arrive. This is just unbelievably poor (bad) customer service. I probably won't order again and will tell others to use the competitor as well. No excuse for this lapse in service. The market place has the power to deal with this situation effectively.
Had an order of 20 Windows, 2.5 in faux wood blinds all fit perfectly. No issues at all. Order was received early, all items were present, couldn't have been an easier process.
Ordered my blinds followed they're measuring instructions all fit perfectly color was a little different than I expected but looks great anyways
The only oddity was everyone's hardware was different but had enough for everything between ordering and delivering was here with in 10 days I would gladly recommend them I ordered seven blinds two different colors

I installed 40 blinds in my home from blindster. Every blind ordered was exactly cut to my specifications as ordered on the website. The double honey does an excellent job of keeping out the heat during the summer and really keeps my house warm in the winter. A great company and great product.
