Took forever and no communication

My blinds were over a month late and they never once communicated with me to let me know. I had to constantly call them to find out what was going on, and everytime i was given incorrect information. I finally received the items and they're just fine, but completely not worth the hassle.

I'm sorry you are still waiting. Our sample orders go out U.S. First Class Mail from either Dallas or Texas. Unfortunately, our experience is that it takes a week or more for delivery. If you don't have them in a couple of days, please call one of sales agents at 888-256-8672, option 1 for sales and we will resend your samples.
I really wish we had an affordable delivery alternative that had faster and more reliable service. I don't have enough information to see if I can track your sample order but if you call we will try.

The set of blinds received were as described and fit my window space perfectly. The quality of the blind is very good but I wish they had a couple of choices on the design of the valence which seems to be a bit much.

Awesome blinds!

We had the old white plastic blinds thinking buying the wood blinds wood be way to expensive. We happened on to the site when you were offering 25% off and that was close enough to the price of the crappy blinds for us. We had our blinds delivered within two weeks and they fit perfectly! They look so awesome from the inside and outside of the house! Could not be happier with them. The instructions on measuring for the blinds was well explained and they were really easy to install as well. We will definitely come back as we replace the rest of the blinds in the house.

We had ordered new blinds to replace old, old ones and had received 6/7. We had no problems putting them up & they fit perfectly. When #7 came, I realized I'd ordered the wrong one... it fit fine but the style and color was wrong for the room, my mistake, not theirs. I expected to have to take a loss, but they graciously refunded my purchase price (minus s/h & a small fee) and it went towards the right blind, which the customer service rep helped me order. Because the cost "to return the wrongly ordered blind would be prohibitive", they suggested I donate it. The quality & prices are solid... the service is solid, they have earned a customer for life!

Blinds just as described! Quality great for the price. Was missing one box of hardware shipper obviously lost it called customer service received missing hardware in two days!

No communication on backorder!

I ordered 12 sets of blinds and 12 sets of shades. There was no issue with the blinds. However, the material for the shades was on backorder. There was no communication from Blindster. I discovered the delay when I went in to the web site to check on the status of the order. I was given an updated projected date, but that was missed. I ended up cancelling the order and going with a different company as I had no confidence that Blindster could execute on my order in a timely fashion.

Fast, Easy, & Looks Great!

I was doing a lot of research to try to find blinds and have them cut to my measurements. Ive never been so happy to find such a great company who takes quality in their work. The pricing was great and the staff was very pleasant to work with. Ordering online was also very easy! I will definitely be back to buy more blinds in the future!
