We first ordered from Blindsgalore 15 years ago. It was time to update some our aging cellular blinds so we returned. They make it so easy to order and then installation is a breeze.

Love the product and the simple ordering experience. Only downside is the delivery time. Ordered the product November 27th and received the product December 20th. In the end, the long delivery time did not pose a problem it was more just the waiting for them to arrive.

The website was easy to use. However, we were not informed that the material for our blinds was no longer available. Only by my calling to find out the status of our blinds a month after placing my order did I find out this information. When I placed a new order with new available material, I asked if I could receive any form of compensation. I was informed that Blindsgalore would give me a credit and when asked if that credit could be placed on my credit card, I was informed that it would only be a credit for a future blind. This, in my opinion, is not good customer service and I am very disappointed in Blindsgalore's customer service.

The quality, price, service of the blinds was great; but the after sales were horrific! When we called up after the installation to ask a way to darken the shades, due to bright sun in the morning, we were treated rudely and given no solution. They did say there is an option to return the blinds and remake them in a darker sheer. Te company wouldn't even tell us ho to reach the manufacturer to consult our problem with them! They clearly didn't want to deal in finding a solution.
I have Bali blinds throughout my house. I love the cellular blind how it keeps out the cold, the room darkening feature, the ease of installation, and the quality of the blind itself.
