This is my 3rd order from blindsgalore and all three have been fantastic experiences from start to finish. Great quality products for a great price.
I have ordered from Blinds Galore for 6 homes over the course of 12 years. This time I feel the quality is slipping. The continuous cord loop system is cheap plastic and the cord catches where it is spliced. It also says that if it breaks it is not under warranty!
However, on a positive note for as long as they last they keep out the cold and give us privacy
My particular needs were beyond the allowable width by just two inches. I called the 800 number and was greeted by a real person! She was very accommodating and pushed my request through with the promise she would call me if there were any issues.The order was recieved a week later in good condition. The instructions were concise and all hardware included. The solar shade works well and adds a great look to our room. We will be ordering again in the near future.

I took advantage of the great sale, buy one blind, get one free. But I'm not pleased with the purchase. Instead of two rows of blind cord these have three rows. And the slots where the blind cord runs through is so wide it's lets way too much sunlight into my bedroom. Already paid for handyman to install so will now have to shop for drapes to go over blinds.

All of the defective ones were the same color. Who ever worked that day did a bad job. One of the blinds was scratched at the top. One wouldn't raise properly. One wouldn't tilt.
They replaced them with working ones, but I had to wait for them to be re-made.
