I had an issue with the original blind I ordered… it didn't come all the way down to the window sill. When I first contacted Customer Service, they sent me a video that explained how to possibly correct the issue. It didn't help. When I called back they immediately reordered the blind and I received in a timely manner. The blind is great now!
Love all the options but it's also confusing to know what does what and what all I need to choose for what i want. Additionally, one of the blinds I received was slightly too big but I made it work
I spoke with Sterling in customer service and he was very helpful in getting my order put together and organized in the most efficient manner.

Waited about 2-1/2 weeks for my blind order to arrive, when I opened the box there was no mounting hardware ir valance mounts. I got ahold of blinds.com customer service to let them know my order arrived missing parts and I couldn't hang my blinds, and they told me I would have to wait 10~12 working days to receive my missing hardware?
Scheduling measurements getting the blinds delivered and then scheduling installation took almost 2 months. They haven't been installed at this point but we are very satisfied with a previous order from several years ago.

Well-made blinds; look great. Were about 1/8' too long (my partner and I both independently checked the measurements of our windows before we input the numbers into the site), so had to take the end caps off to install them in the windows, but not the end of the world.
I was able to look up my previous order to get the same blinds. Very simple website. We love our original blinds so we've come back.

I ordered the room darkening roman shades in white. They shipped as promised, arrived in perfect condition & were easy to hang
Love them! They are easy to operate so now I open & close them everyday. Our bedroom is much more enjoyable with sunlight flooding the room all day but dark at night so we can sleep in mornings.

Our blind was received exactly as ordered within a reasonable time period (about 3 weeks). However, the width was about 1/2" each side too short and there is some light coming into the room; not as tight a fit as we've had in the past.
It would be helpful if weight of product was included.
Have order blinds for almost every room in our house - easy to install and they all fit beautifully! The blackout blinds really do the trick of keeping out the early morning sun here in the PNW, and also help to keep rooms cool on hot summer days.
But with the memorial discount it became affordable. It was easy to scroll through the options and choose the blinds that would work for me. I'm glad that we chose the header with the rounded corners, it gives the blinds a nice finished look

Well made and the fit was exact. Very satisfied with the look and the ease of installation of these blinds. They dress up a window from the interior as well as the exterior.
Easy to connect with a customer service person and to edit the shades. They were helpful to resolve our question since we have a 10 foot wide window recess with three windows in it. We entered the centerline dimensions separating the three windows and their software deducted appropriately for our shades to fit perfectly!

We ordered the motorized cellular blinds and so impressed with how well they work. They came preprogrammed to stop 1/8" from the window sill!

My new shades are so cool. I can let in a lot more light and see my neighbors beautiful trees when I slide the blind down from the top. I had a good time measuring the space, ordering online and a seamless delivery. I will order from Blinds.com again in the future.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
