After a great experience getting a replacement Levolor Blind from Blinds.com, I decided to next get a custom-sized drapery for a basement bathroom window. Following the measurement guidelines, I carefully measured it... And I was shocked to receive a curtain twice the length of what I ordered.
The customer service rep explained that they had subcontracted my order to a business in Mexico and that manufacturing site decided I needed a double sized curtain so it would 'hang right' on the pole. Yet my measurements had already accounted for the right amount of slack for this.
Given Blinds.com's 'one free replacement per order' guarantee, the customer rep reordered the curtain at *half* the size I needed, thus he felt this would result in a curtain AT the size I wanted. That free replacement just arrived and this time the manufacturing site decided I should only have half again the size ordered, so I now have one curtain twice the length of what I need, and a second curtain a foot short of what I need.
If getting Levolor blinds, I highly recommend Blinds.com. But if you need custom cut drapery, sadly you'll need to go somewhere else...
I found it odd that ''classic snow'' was ''backordered'', but available in the designer colors... Also didn't like the game where it showed the discounted price as you selected your blind, but the full price at check-out until you found the ''apply discount'' button.

Each blind came as ordered and properly labeled for ease in location installation. Install was simple except for the horizontal Sliding Door blind which arrived with the cords in a tangled mess. Take your time to untangle and learn how they need to be layed out...you can do it if I did it!
All good. Easy process to find the blinds we want to try. The blinds are just the look we wanted. The color selections are a plus as well.

This is my 4th order through Blinds.com. Ordering and delivery process is painless and efficicent. Installation instructions are reasonably well done, but could be improved slightly.

Choosing the blinds online was very easy. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery time because they had run out of our color choice but only by about a week. Blinds were delivered in perfect condition and they all fit beautifully!

All of our blinds are from blinds.com and we really like the easy ordering process and the many different styles and colors to choose from. It doesn't hurt that my husband used to be in the window treatment business but we just love shopping when we want something for the house always loving the result
Blinds are decent quality but no cords makes opening and closing blinds in a basement window, over 6 ft above the floor, more difficult. As this presents little to no "entanglement" risk it's annoying I can't order what I need. Also, low advertised prices increase significantly with a few inches wider measurement. It's not clear why that's the case and would be nice if that was explained. Feels like a bait and switch.

Design consultant, Whitney Fenton, was very helpful over the phone, especially with color selection. She even sent me some high definition photos by email to help me make a color selection. The product selected was delivered timely and fulfilled my expectations. We easily installed the cellular shade ourselves.
The color of the item is no where near the color shown on line or in the confirmation email. I looked everywhere to find the color I wanted & thought I had found it. I could have paid a lot less for the same color that I received from this company. So disappointed.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
