Shopping at Blinds.com is easy and straightforward. You can't beat the prices! I ordered these blinds to match existing ones I had purchased from Blinds.com. They are exactly like the others and I couldn't be happier.
No installation instructions. Poorly drilled holes for installation. Blown off by customer service rep. We had to go purchase different screws and hardware to hang after spending almost EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS. Will NEVER do business with BLINDS.COM again.
Ordered and mismeasured. They looked great but didnt fit. Black out blinds are super important here in the land of the midnight sun and they got replacement shades here very quickly! Easy to install!

The quality of the wooden blinds we received is excellent. Hardware was included, but we are missing two of the plastic clips to secure the valance in place. (Hense 4 stars) Otherwise very pleased.
Ordered custom cool a roo shades. Arrived in about 4-5 weeks. One set had the wrong color hardware, but a call into customer service fixed that and the correct parts arrived in about a week. Would definitely order from them again.
