I needed to replace a bunch of blinds in a house I bought recently, so I bought from blinds.com. They are great blinds, and there are usually at a really good price. However, I forgot to order my valance, so it doesn't look as good as it could.

The company rep was very helpful guiding me thru the order process to meet my needs. However, we received two sets of 2 inch faux wood blinds with the wand on the left side. I had specifically ordered one set with the wand on the right side.

Live in the artic and order roman blinds for a rear door. Great material, nicely lined but the bottom rail and sewing is uneven. Looks horrible when raised.as one end is higher than the other. No contact info was provided to discuss the issue with.
