I love my new blinds. Ordering was easy and they arrived exactly on time. They were very easy to install. I ordered the woven wood blinds in Tibetan Cotton. They have a fresh clean look that really pops against the aqua walls in my bedroom.
So far so good. We have been sleeping better with our blackout shades and the smooth action of the blinds going up and down is quiet and quick.

Two of the blinds arrived damaged and unusable, once I finally was able to make contact with someone, the issue was resolved quickly and blinds.com expedited the recut and had the new blinds within a week. Great customer service!

I've bought blinds for several homes we have owned from Blinds.com. I have never been disappointed. I've bought aluminum blinds and wooden blinds, they have held up well.
Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
