- It would have been helpful if the spacing of the screw holes was provided
- I wanted the patterned face to the outside so rewound the roll. But that left the join in the chain in the wrong place, jamming the mechanism. It would have have been helpful if this contingency had been anticipated and the workaround documented

Needed a special size Venetian blind to fit a very small non standard window. Communication on progress and delivery excellent and reassuring. Blind easy to fit. Looks really smart and very pleased. Thank you.
Ordered two vertical blinds, they arrived a couple of days later than advertised, not a problem this time. Actual blinds are well made, however the control cords on both had problems. On one blind the blind travel cord was noticeably shorter than the blind twist cord, which is now loose will the other is tight.
On the other blind (which was for a particularly wide window relative to its drop) the control cords are unnecessarily short at 31cm, some 24cm short of the window sill. As a result, to open or close (travel) the blinds takes four short pulls on the cord. The control cords should have been made significantly longer, so not best pleased. Fortunately the blinds on this window, once set are basically left alone, otherwise I would have returned these blinds.
I absolutely love them. Ever since I got married 39 years ago, I've had nets. I've just order and fitted wooden blinds and I love them. I will definitely be ordering them for the rest of the house
