Quality of blind was very poor. Slight wrinkling in the fabric and the blind keeps falling apart. Have had parts replaced twice and blind still breaking. Company reluctant to change blind or provide refund. Very poor service no very patronising customer service advisor
I ordered a roller blind but on delivery it was smaller than I requested. This was because their website is unclear and misleading. Their website gives you 2 measuring options 1) 'Recess' where it clearly says that the finished size will be smaller to allow for the brackets. 2) 'Exact' size option. I asked for 'Exact' size option but then in the last paragraph which you have to scroll down to find it says that exact size will be smaller too! How crazy is that? Exact size means exact size!
I am so angry with them. £70 wasted! If it is not exact size they should tell you as soon as you click the exact size option! It is so misleading! I would never buy from them again. There are cheaper and quicker online blind companies.
Good service, ideal for non standard windows. Have bought a lot of blinds from them. Particularly liked the thermal blinds, the aluminium tubes are very effective in keeping heat in overnight and fold up very small.
