We are renovating a vuctorian house and I have ordered several blinds from blinds2go and will be ordering more once the rooms are ready. Excellent quality and customer service is brilliant. They held back by order delivery for me as I was on holiday and all blinds delivered the day after I returned home as I had requested. Great selection of fabrics and very competitive prices. I have recommended to friends.

Bad bad bad they did not deliver on time and and they only sent out one of 2 and no screws put it up with don use this company LAST night was close the blind and and it snap im on phone now on hold see if they going send my blind number 2 bad bad do no use them

I ordered 7 blinds on 21/4/17.2 were delivered 28/4/17.2 more on 2/5/17 and then nothing. It is now 17 /5/17 and I have spent so much time on the phone chasing my remaining order. You email and nobody responds, you call and the put you on hold forever, they have selected a wholly inadequate delivery partner company who cannot seem to get it right. I have taken 3 different days off work to wait in for the delivery and nothing arrives. On 2 occasions the courriers said they had attempted delivery but I was not in, on one day I was the other I wasn't on neither occasion did they leave a card! I would suggest using another company unless you are happy to have the runaround I've endured. I ordered blinds from Blinds Direct at the same time and all sorted no problems.

I was so nervous about measuring & ordering these blinds myself incase I got it wrong. I actually had nothing to worry about. The blinds were delivered a week before the estimated delivery date. They were very well packaged, & the instructions were idiotproof. They fit perfect, & look fab. I'm going to buy them for the rest of the house now. Love them.

I ordered a sample of material that showed you could choose to have the blind as a roller or roman blind. I decided on a roller blind as only in a small unused bedroom which cost £85 but I thought it would be better than a shop bought as was colours I wanted. Delivery was around 3 weeks overdue and on opening the material used was that of a bathroom blind and not material as the sample and not lined as stated. Through email, I was told that the sample I'd ordered was for a roller blind but this was not specified on the web site. I was offered to re order a roman blind at a 25% discount which would have meant me paying out a further £90 to receive a blind in the material I thought I'd already ordered. Customer service did not see bothered. Blind is cheaply made, is the wrong way around, the bottom of the blind is not covered in material and is a hard plastic that clunks against the window when opened / closed. It's also fallen down twice completely damaging some loved ornaments (blind was correctly fitted as per instructions). Please save your money

Supposed to be fitted blackout blinds at 114cm, blinds 110cm, they will not side hang as instructions.
I had to argue continually for hours with photo evidence they would not fit. They agreed they were not correct and assured me they would send longer blinds, the exact same size came and now they are not returning calls or responding to emails. Absolute joke. If you look closely at twitter lots of customers having the same complaint. Trusted pilot reviews are being filtered to only show good reviews
Absolute shambles and a complete waste of £160.

Awful please don't use them. Take the money but then don't give a monkeys about when the blinds turn up. I ordered over 500 pounds of blinds and had rude staff say they had no idea where they were and that I had taken a day off work. They refused to let me speak to customer manage. They were aggressive and rude. They have no idea where and how and when the blinds were and would be delivered. They have poor relations with the delivery and its awful experience waiting with them... They are terrible so stick with john lewis, ikea and companies responsible for making their own products and skilled at running this type of delivery. Don't use them

Ordered four sets of blinds thirteen day's ago, but they didn't tell me the material wasn't in stock! They took payment straight away! Four phone calls later with two different delivery dates still no blinds! The customer service is really bad they argue with you, the customer is definitely not right here in this company's eye's. Finally told today I could have a refund after been messed about for nearly two week's. My advice would be avoid at all costs pay that little extra for better service.

We ordered a bathroom blind before Christmas. Had a message from the post office to say we owed postage so they couldn't deliver. When we went to collect the parcel it was our blind and we had to pay an extra £21 postage. Not impressed. All that should have been sorted at the checkout on the webpage. Wouldn't use them again purely for this reason.

Good customer service

Customer service in the Blinds to go route 46 Totowa st! Ore was excellent. I placed my order with Desiree. On return to the store with a coupon both Elena Gordon, Natasha Jones couldn't have been nicer. Natasha stated that customer satisfaction is very important to them. Much thanks to all three of these ladies. Can't wait until the blinds come in and are installed.

Absolutely wonderful

I ordered blinds for 2 bedrooms, living room, lounge and a roller blind for the bathroom gave them the exact sizes, omg what a wonderful neat fit.
I told my niece about them, so she ordered for her entire house through my recommendation she also was not disappointed perfect fit again.

DO USE THIS COMPANY - As what will arrive will not be made to the measurements you requested.

I ordered a blind to be 140cm in width and what arrived was 138cm. Coupled with this the chain mechanism to use the blind was so short I could not reach it. I emailed them immediatley with a photo of the problems.

Today i have telephoned them to advise that the blind is not wide enough and i cannot operate the blind due to the short chain. I was effectively called a liar and asked to send further photos of the blind.

The resolution offered -

CHAIN - they will send me a longer chain (fabulous but who is going to take appart the blind unit and add the longer chain?)

BLIND - after i have sent further photos and provide evidence that i am not lying about the width being 138 they will order a new blind for me which will take another 10+ days to arrive. BUT - if the blind is around 139 they are not going to replace it.

IF I ORDER A 140CM BLIND I EXPECT TO RECEIVE A 140CM BLIND OR WHAT IS THE POINT OF OFFERING A MADE TO MEASURE SERVICE?

In the meantime, the old blind has been taken down so i am left with nothing on the window.

Very poor service and would not recommeNd.

I purchased Blinds 2go's Duoshade EasiFIT Blinds which are advertised on their website to be blackout blinds for conservatories. However, they are not fit for purpose because the top and bottom sections by design, is unable to cover all the glass sections of windows - hence, a fair amount of light comes through.

Can't speak for their other products, but this EasyFIT Blinds are badly designed and we are disappointed. We had a number of windows to put blinds on and needless to say, we shall not be taking our custom to Blinds2go because of the quality of this product.

Ordered 3 blinds to an exact measurement - thought I would get 3 blinds back to an exact measurement - but sadly not.
Took 8 days for order to arrive which wasn't the quickest but it was just after christmas so I could tolerate that.

However I should have put what arrived straight in the bin, as that is all its fit for.

Although blinds ordered to an exact size what was delivered was not. Manufactured too big - on advising company they thought it was OK and within tolerance. Then decided they would offer a 20% refund, this then increased to a 30% refund. However 30% of something fit for the bin is no good, as I still need some blinds that fit.

Clearly whoever manufactures the blinds needs a new tape measure or a pair of glasses.

Website says "if you are replacing an existing blind with one of the same size simply measure the blind and specify exact fitting, we will make you one the same size" - well they don't, they make one much bigger and then tell you its acceptable to do so.

You are playing Russian roulette with this company, they are happy to send out something somewhere near the size you want, but are unable to bother to measure the product or use any quality control to ensure it is what you want.

Do yourself a favour and use a different company for your blinds there are plenty out there and they might just give a hoot what they are sending you, this company does't seem to - so avoid them.

Firstly the color of the blind was different to the coilour swatch so it did not match my surroundings as perfectly as I expected it to.
Secondly, the stitching for the rods showed all away across the front facing of the fabric,
Thirdly they offered a free thermal lining which was so thin the light shone through and there was no extra padding within to complete the quality of the thermal barrier.
Fourthly, there was puckering in the stitching where the rod was installed and because it was sewn to the fabric it showed.
Fiftly, customer services excused all the above points and said that it was normal and this is how they are made and it meets their quality standards (excuse me! So we have to expect goods that are substandard and overpriced). Even with a 20% discount I could have, and should have, made the product myself. It would have cost me a fraction of the cost and I would have got a proper thermal lining!
