I ordered 3 samples to start with which were free. Ordering the blinds was simple and easy. There are clear instructions on the website. Blind came, quality is perfect and it went up so easy. It's exactly as advertised. Prices are brilliant. Will defo order again.
I now have 3 sets of Venetian blinds through blinds2go and each set is perfect, A brilliant service with regular updates and well packing products with clear instructions for fitting. I am going to do the rest of the house, one room at a time. The blinds fit perfectly and are excellent quality. I would highly recommend.

Blinds were delivered within the week from ordering, they are of superb quality, i would reccomend without hessitation, and will order. More as soon as i have preppared the rooms.
I've order 3 sets of faux wooden blinds in the last month or so. Cannot speak highly enough of the blinds, exactly what I ordered and instructions for fitting made that job very straightforward.
I cannot speak as highly in connection with the courier company (XDP) who carry out the deliveries. On both occasions I was not at home to accept the delivery. Notification of when it was being delivered was sent after I had left for work and there was no option to change it. The first delivery was left on my backdoor step which wasn't an issue as I was home about half an hour later. The second delivery was exactly the same but the courier thought it was okay to leave a cardboard parcel in the same place when it was pouring with rain.
By the time I got gone it had been outside for a couple of hours and was soaked through!
Not what I would expect at all. No effort to check with a neighbour or to rearrange a delivery given the weather!
I've never experienced XDP before and this experience would cause me to reconsider ordering where they are thecourier service!
Fantastic blinds, look great and high quality but you lost a star due to the poor delivery!
Roller Blinds Review:
-one blind (of two) arrived more than 10 days late and Customer service only informed us it would be late when it was already 3 days late
- ugly brackets
- cheap stiff mechanism
- sketchy installation instructions - I have installed many roller blinds
- chain broke less than one month after installation (just waiting for the chain on the other one to break now)
- replacement chain sent was half the length of the original. They clearly had not referred to the original order detail - useless
- customer service then quoted a regulation about maximum chain length that they could supply but had clearly contravened this regulation by supplying the original blinds/chain configuration.
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
I had been very ill and had lost the fitting, blinds2go promtly replaced them no questions asked(even though it was 7months after i purchased them!). Great service!
I've been gradually fitting new blinds on all the windows of my house... 12 in total, various sizes. I'd used another well known company up until a few months ago, where I was let down twice with deliveries. I wish I'd discovered Blinds 2Go sooner! They have been brilliant. Their website is easy to use, they kept me updated with what was happening with my order and when it was despatched, they sent a tracking number, so I could check to see when my order would be delivered. The blinds are good quality and came with clear fitting instructions.

I was recommended to you by a friend. When I got an online quote I was surprised how reasonable the blinds were and if I am honest, I didn't have huge expectations. However, the blinds are fantastic! They are well made, effortless to use and an absolute 'find'! I have had them for about 6 weeks now and still can not believe what amazing value they are. In the past, all our blinds were custom made. Highly recommended!
Never ordered made to measure blinds before and i was a little apprehensive... however you have made me think otherwise. Very impressed with the quality and the fit of the blinds. Will definitely purchase from you again and also recommend.
Replacement for DIY blinds that, although properly trimmed and fitted, never worked that well. Blinds2go do all the trimming for you, which makes life a lot easier. The new blinds are black-out blinds, necessary as we get full sun in the afternoon, and are very effective as such.
Had several different blinds made over the past 4 years and am always delighted with the results. Very quick and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The quality and look of these faux wooden blinds are fantastic for the price paid. I am really impressed. They fit perfectly and were easy to measure up, order and fit. The sample order service is great too as this allowed me to choose and order without leaving home.
