Super disappointed on the delivery service at Blade HQ. I made an order well in advance for gifts to give at a wedding. The weeks ticked by, my delivery status was upgraded to 2 day and still the items never arrived. Fortunately, I went ahead and ordered back ups direct from the company in China. Yes, they've already arrived and my order from two states away...? No. Having difficulties now even cancelling the order because the website is acting up. Was excited about the expansive inventory but I guess that makes no difference if the items never arrive.

I ordered an ATC Smarty color red while on sale with free shipping. Over ten days pass without any updates. I call customer service and they say it's out of stock and must offer me a refund and ten dollars gift card... The sale savings was approx 25 dollars. However, they fail to mention that inventory showed other colors of the ATC Smarty in stock and still do now. But if I want another color now, I must pay the full price plus shipping.

Ive had many, many sales with bhq. Almost always a good experience. Usually get my pkg witin a few days... this one still not here after about 12 days, nobody answers phones at bhq then i get email today w wrong address... long story short knife got here, badly damaged no help from tracking. Am missing 400 points nobody knows where they went

Everything was wonderful, except that I did not receive an email notifying me that my order had shipped (along with a tracking number). When I called, the lady who answered was extremely fast and helpful.

I put in my order on September 3rd, which thereafter I received an order number. After about a week and a half and after emails and a phone call my knife was shipped. I was a little unhappy with the whole process.

There is knife I was interested in, but am unsure if it would legally be permitted where I live. The Benchmade Mediator 1551bk auto, if it is legal to carry in Raleigh, North Carolina. I still have not received an answer.
