It took 3 business days for Customer Service to respond to my email. It was a nice email however, and my knife arrived that same day.
A logistical error was made on my first purchase with BladeHQ, and I was shipped the wrong item. Mistakes happen, so I sought to sort it out with customer service. The first representative I spoke to could not assist me much as they seemed restricted by standard policy, but when I requested to speak to the manager the manager was sympathetic to the circumstance and issued me a refund in store credit that exceeded what I had spent to make up for the trouble! Excellent customer service!

The knife arrived quickly and the knife itself was excellent (Bastinelli innocent) but no belt clip included BHQ ******* emails have not be answered

Returning a part of my order was simple and hassle free. Once I received my order, I wasn't happy with 1 of the knives I had ordered so I followed the steps outlined for returns the bladehq.com website. And I got a response within a couple of days with instructions and a new shipping label.

I love BHQ and spend a LOT of money buying from here, but it's hard to give a good rating when I can't seem to get my orders processed in a timely manner or get customer service response in a timely manner. It should never take more than a work day or two to ship orders in stock. Makes me feel like an unimportant client although I've spent over six thousand dollars with you in 5 months. I'm getting very close to giving up on BHQ, sorry to say.

Hanna Y answered my call, listened carefully to understand what I was experiencing and needed help with and then provided spot on assistance which gave me a thorough understanding of what I needed to do to resolve my login issue. It was straightforward once I understood the process. Hanna was patient, and pleasant to work with. She is a credit to Blade HQ. I emailed support to inquire about a specific knife that was of interest to me. Alyssa T of Blade HQ responded quickly with a personal note explaining the item which I was looking for was not in stock and was honest about not being certain brand and model would be in stock, and provided a link to the item to create an account for text alerts when it becomes available which was helpful. This was a refreshing break from lifeless automated emails. It's a sign of good business.

I have purchased a bundle of knives from you guys over the years. I know how long it takes to get it here. After waiting over a week with no shipping notice I emailed to find out what was up.
After a couple days I got a return email right after I got a shipping notice from fed x, giving me the same info as fed x. Anyway I'm kinda disappointed about the whole thing. Grandson will be fine as soon as he gets it
