I always get great customer support at Blade HQ. I get friendly answers quickly.
I inquired about a credit card issue, but it was not a problem on Bladehq's part, but on the credit card company's AI. It was resolved immediately, so it is OK. By the way, shipping to Japan used to be OK, but it has somehow become NG. It's inconvenient and I hope it will be improved. Japan can import except for automatic and double edge.

My question was answered right away very knowledgeable without. Y order number but not happy it still has not shipped your always great at customer service just the shipping this time is very important I don't spend a lot but I always spend it with blade hq never use anyone else

My knife was ordered with expedited shipping and delivered quickly. It is a fantastic knife! I'm loving the Magnacut.
This was my first purchase with Blade HQ. The online purchase was seamless however I did not sign up for Blade Club until after I purchased. It took a couple of emails and telephone calls to get my Club balance resolved; customer service provided excellent results in the end providing excellent service recovery. My only criticism is a single email or telephone call should have fixed the problem with my club points balance and the amount spent on the purchase.

Bought an expensive knife that got stuck in customs and BladeHQ is refusing to contact USPS in order to have it released.
They also said that they are not able to offer a refund or a replacement (I didn't even ask for it, I just asked them to contact USPS and they are refusing).

The team had an issue with their system for shopping which hung up an order for a few days, but were very helpful and flexible in solving that problem with virtually no negative impact on my end aside from the delay in shipping the order out.
